1. The property was newly renovated for less than 1 year with quality & tasteful furnishings and color schemes. Very modern, the way we like it. The main door from the street can only be accessed through keys given to guests. The door to the apartment has another security access given to guests only. Once inside, different guests rooms also have their own security cards into their rooms. The door to the apartment and the guest rooms were all heavy and thick metal based doors. Very secure 👍. The rooms are big with high ceilings, deep and big shelves and drawers for our belongings. The room came equipped with coffee maker, kettle, tea and coffee cups and free cofffee/tea/ snacks. The bathroom was very clean & nice and modern with very strong water pressure and rain showers - which was like a good water massage after a long day of sight seeing. Good strong ventilation in the bathroom and again it’s all elegantly done with quality materials. Bath towels & bath mats were the best we come across in all B & B, fluffy, thick and absorbent , like those in 6/7 star hotels. 2. Maria is a superb host, very organized, very meticulous, very particular about hygiene and cleanliness which gave us great assurance and comfort as we are too. She is warm, authentic, very personable. She also did the housekeeping service herself which was excellent down to the last detail. She even helped us tidied up our Knick knacks in the room. She has high standard of service and takes personal pride in giving her guests the best. We needed more body soap for example and she provided. Her living room although small is so cosy and cheerfully and neatly done up. Her kitchen kitchen is so well designed and well equipped. She went to great lengths to provide a wide breakfast spread - different types of bread, croissants, cheese, ham, eggs, jams, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, yoghurt.

Modern accomodation in a historic building in the very heart of the city. Spacious and comfortable rooms, elegantly furnished, impeccably clean, with classy touches in the decor. The personnel is just a pleasure to be around. This will remain my go-to and most recommended stay in Naples.

The head responsible Antonio was perfect hotelier! He was so helpful. He assisted us continous every demands. By the way, he never cut off his kindest cooperation per each steps. He is professional to do your accommodation great as much as he could.

We spent a week here with my wife and son, it was a great time for us. We explored Naples on foot and by public transport. A 10-minute walk to two metro lines that connect the most interesting locations in this beautiful city. Three are many nice restaurants nearby and wonderful coast. The room is clean, well equipped and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpful. After a few days, we got a larger room than we had booked, which made our stay even more comfortable. Lucky us! :) Thank you !

The host was very friendly and helpful! We loved the apartment! It was very clean,modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a fridge coffee maker, milk,eggs. The host also left us a small bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice of him. The view from the balcony overlooking Napoli and Vesuvius was spectacular! There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

The house is very conveniently located in a very quite road in the the old city centre so we had the chance to see and experience the heart of Napoli! It's very easy to do sightseeing on foot or just take the buses or the metro that are nearby. The location as well as the house were exceptionally clean! The house is fully equiped and renovated, we didn't miss anything during our stay. The host was kind and helpful.. I would definitely recommend!

Anna is an incredible host. The rooms are beautifully decorated and soooo clean. Every morning Anna serves a homemade breakfast of local gourmandises. And she goes way beyond to help organize trips! Had a wonderful time!

Good Location, very helpful host

Was very friendly people !! big and good jacuzzi)))) Excellent location - its 5-10 min walk max to all your need - metro, tourist places, supermarkets, historical center !!! All was very clean!!!
