the location was ideal. We loved the room, we also booked a room with a patio and a spa bath. we had an incredible evening. There was a safe and conveniently located parking area right by the property. The host was incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Very central to everything and a great place to stay for connecting back into the main junction. A short walk to the middle of the town where there is lovely restaurants and bars. My room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed and lovely little veranda which overlooked the Main Street below. Lily and Alessandra were the loveliest of hosts who recommended everything there was to offer. Breakfast was lovely with the other people staying at this fantastic location.

I was there with my mom, we really loved the place. The lady was very nice and friendly, she served an amazing breakfast. The design of the room is great, the bed is very comfortable. My mom was thrilled with the room! Highly recommend this place, right in the city center of Desenzano del Garda.

The apartment is quite centrally located, which can be its asset (we did enjoy it!) but has some downside - you hear passers-by being loud. Consider that if you have sleeping issues. Other than that, it's perfectly clean, really well-equipped and that, together with a bottle of wine awaiting you in the fridge and a very kind, helpful owner, makes the place absolutely reccomendable.

Flat completely redone, including furniture, appliances, bathroom and bathroom fittings, all new and really beautiful. I was lucky enough to be the first guest after the renovation, very clean and super functional house, unlimited WI-FI, fantastic location, in the middle of the vineyards of Lake Garda and very close to Sirmione and Desenzano, large terrace where you can dine in the summer evenings and relax during the day. Private parking, with electric gate and, above all, a water park with large swimming pools under the house, access to the park is included in the rental rate. I highly recommend it because it is a gem, one of the best flats I have stayed in, nothing to complain about. Cleanliness and hygiene excellent. I'm recommending it to a couple of friends with a child because the park is ideal for spending afternoons in total relaxation. the lake is 5 minutes by car and a twenty-minute walk The owner eè very kind and made me find a bottle of Francia corta wine with snacks. Fantastic experience I will definitely be back

Great place to stay in Peschiera. Very conformable beds, great view from the terrace. The owner was very friendly - great person. Showers are great - nice big rooms - easy to park car.
