United StatesAthena Hotel at Thiruvannamalai exceeded our expectations. IT was quite a high end hotel compared to what you get around in that area. Noise level was non-existent which really helps you sit and meditate or observe the scenery. The staff at the hotel is very accomodative to your requests and goes out of its way to help the guests right from checking in to booking an auto or taxi. Food was amazing. the restaurant prepared fresh food daily and based on crowd offered buffet vs. made to order dinner. Overall, very pleasant stay. Will come again.

Staff and the service was the best part of the resort. The dinner buffet was great too. The staff didn't look greedy for minting money at every single opportunity that is not so common in resorts now a days.

This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Tiruvanammalai! Quiet, natural, welcoming and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and the many free services offered in the resort are perfect for discovering something new. Totally recommend!
