As a lover of small and intimate boutique style hotels, I found the Chithirapuram totally to my taste. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated, the rooms are quite roomy, and it was excellent value for the price. Perhaps what made our stay so enjoyable was the charming and funny manager Manoj. What a tremendously nice man ! Nothing was too much trouble for us. During our stay I developed what could have been a serious condition and he drove me down to the hospital in Kochi. As if that was not enough, he stayed for a few hours to potentially interpret and make sure that I was getting the proper care. As another bonus, the food was also quite good.

We stayed at The Feel Munnar Resort for three nights with our family, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in India. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful green hills and fresh mountain air – perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for families. The view from our balcony was stunning – we loved sitting there with a warm drink in the morning, watching the mist roll over the hills. The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always ready to help. They arranged a driver for us to explore the tea plantations, waterfalls, and other tourist spots. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had dinner at the resort restaurant every night. The food was fresh and tasty, with good vegetarian and mild-spice options that the kids could enjoy. We also appreciated how accommodating the kitchen was with our requests – it made dining very comfortable for the whole family. The peaceful environment, clean air, and excellent hospitality made this stay truly special. The kids loved the open space, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings with a cup of tea and the sound of nature all around. If you're visiting Munnar with your family and want a place that feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of – this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and very satisfied. Definitely planning to come back again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Secret Valley Plantation Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Satish, the restaurant manager, and the room boys for their attentive and friendly service. The reception team was very interactive and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Mr. Anaz, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and guided me throughout my stay. His support added a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms were well-equipped with a bunch of thoughtful amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. A family can easily stay here for 3–4 days and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time. The resort itself is serene and beautifully maintained—perfect for a getaway in Munnar. My stay at parakkat resort was wonderful! The rooms were spacious with stunning views. The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The spa offered relaxing treatments, and the outdoor pool was really good The activities program was good also, with trekking rain dance camp fire was really good. Plus the gre was helpful and the maintenance team was quick for small issuea we faced. Overall, a fantastic experience combining luxury and hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Treebo Trend Misty Garden Resort. Staff were very accommodative and went above and beyond to made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic. Jeep trekking experience is a must to try and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Even thought the resort location is little out of city, we found it’s perfect to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and staff will organise transport wherever needed. Highly recommended.
