The price for a night is high but for good reasons. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The whole hotel is clean and nicely decorated. We had an unfortunate incident in our room and we didn't want to make a fuzz about it but the hotel staff were extremely apologetic and did all they could to make us feel comfortable by changing our room (which we did not expect). We truly loved the breakfast as well! So many different options and a nice selection of fruits were included. Dining in the hotel is quite pricey but expected of the place you are staying in. I was especially impressed that during the hi-tea session, my dietary requirements were filled without questions. You can see that they want all of the guests to have a good snack and not to be left out. Also, the hi-tea session had really-really amazing food options in general. I would say it was lavish, exactly as the hotel itself. If you want to enjoy the sea and the waves, the hotel has a little strip of beach that is being constantly cleaned by the staff. Just sit down, relax and look into the abyss of nature.

Awesome ambience, nice stay and gives great feeling of actually living in a real village. Loved the pump set, artificial falls, food, hospitality. All the staffs were so friendly. We asked for an additional request to decorate balloons for our baby's first birthday. They decorated it well. Also, we lost one of our gold dollar and the staffs were patient enough to help us find it. My parents and in laws loved the cow farm. We did milk a cow using our hands.The bullock cart was also fun. Not just me, there were 7 of us in our party and all of us enjoyed our stay. The bajji and tea that were served from the thallu vandi kadai setup was an icing on the cake along with the Ilayaraja songs played on the side on a cozy rainy evening.

Great hospitality, placement and overall decorations are so great. I asked to get showed around, and it was great, because the place is so big, and it's nice to be showed around by someone who knows the place and where it's good to be during the day. And also to tell you what not to do. I lost my suncreme and the employees were so nice to drive out to the store and buy a new for me. Also they arranged a driver and a guide for me so I could see the temples near by and see the market. Great experienced driver and guide, top class.

A little oasis to stay at on the way south from Chennai. Less than an hour from the airport. Our rooms (3) were modern and well appointed. The check in process was professional and the chef cooked amazing food. Cannot praise this place enough. Great value for money. Pools are clean and all together a great experience. Taxis organised by great front staff. Totally recommended
