The staff were very pleasant ,went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The watchman,reception, and staff at the restaurant made sure that I had a good stay at the hotel.The food was very tasty and good. I enjoyed the Hi Tea in the evenings at the restaurant on the 8th floor. The staff Manisha,Pradew,David and Saransh were so helpful,polite,pleasant at the restaurant. The palace is well maintained. The palace tour gives a sense of the European influence in the design. The views of the city from the palace both in day and night time are fascinating. Excellent service is the hallmark of Taj and we experienced this at the property too.

The prices are very reasonable Most importantly I would like to thank the chef luxmikant and waiter ayush for the out of this world service for dinner and breakfast The chef specifically made samosas and a great masala dosa just for us. Service/hospitality was exceptional from the front desk to the bell boys to dining room staff. A lot of variety for the available buffet meal options, all of which seemed tasty.
