Booked the rooms for my parents and uncle and aunt to have a weekend break and they loved it. The booking process was seemless and the front office was more than happy to meet all of my requirements of having a room together and they even gave them rooms close to the elevators so that they didn't need to walk a lot. My folks loved the food and informed me that the staff were super helpful and kind. THANK YOU to all of you.

Loved the property, had lots to do and so close to the beach with towels and sun beds of their own. Great restaurants around and the staff were very sweet and went out of their way to make us comfortable, fulfilling every demand ! The buffet breakfast was the best part !

Just perfect wooden huts! You go down several stairs and here it is - the soft white sand and warm waters of the ocean in surroundings of palm trees. The huts are clean and cozy with own bathrooms and tremendous beds. There is a restaurant faced the beach with delicious food. The owner and his family are amazingly hospitable, speak really good English and always willing to help. Great place!

The host was a great guy. Easy to communicate with and quite friendly I couldn't have been happier with my stay there. The place is comfortable, very clean and close to everything. I can't think of any reason I wouldn't return. On that note, hopefully it's sooner than later. I came from Canada looking to enjoy Goa and find a safe, clean place to rest my head. This was certainly it. I look forward to returning.
