I loved the palace itself. It was presented beautifully. The complimentary activities were a bonus. The spa services were fabulous. The restaurant was great. I loved the love sitar.playing and flute playing as well.

We had twin room with bathroom which was very spacious. It was clean, but it's a basic hostel and the beds are a bit hard. The staff were lovely and helpful. We went with them on a boat trip in the evening and this was great, we wished we'd been able to do the walking tour as well.

Gorgeous room with a fab courtyard and restaurant. The breakfast and food in general in the restaurant were amazing. You must try the brownie and dalls. We ate there every day, which is unlike us as we like to try different places The hotel was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfy, and the staff were helpful and very friendly. It really was a sanctuary in a very hectic Varanasi.

Amritsar made our stay Banaras really special. The location, ambience and service of the hotel is amazing and the behaviour of the staff is outstanding. Thanks to Hussain hi for making our stay so comfortable and addressing all our requests. The service team including Brijesh, Sandeep, Kuldeep was always ready to help with a smile on their face. The housekeeping team including Fayyaz, Dilip was really good. The river view terrace and the vintage Haveli ambience makes and the stay special. The hotel arranged for a local guide Vishal who made our Mandira darshan very special without any hassle. He stayed with us one whole day and made sure to address all our wishes including darshan, attraction visits, food and safer shopping. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Break fast was good, the staff served very good, we were 4 member and given 2 bed in one room which was very nice and clean ,bed sheet were clean. we felt like homely atmosphere.
