The whole experience was blast! In our opinion the boat we were at was better than many others we saw because it had and open rooftop where you could see this paradise while the breeze refreshes you. We tried new Indian foods, although a bit spicy they were excellent. Staff was amazing and very helpful and they offer you the possibility to do an excursion in a smaller boat to reach the smaller canals for a little extra money. WE LOVED IT!

The breakfast was traditional Indian breakfast which was a little disapointing as Im not a fan of curry dishes however it was ok there are nearby cafes to choose from within walking distance. I would recommend not going during festivals where they shut down though. Client was pretty amazing and very friendly and always wanted to make sure my stay was comfortable. He went above and beyond in making me feel welcomed especally as a lone female traveller.

Amazing place. Clean. Comfortable. People are very nice. Well prepared. Sabitha and the staff are very kind and professional. They helped in any way. Sleeping quality very high. They can organize tours and transfers. It is the perfect place for those who want visit the place without any inconvenience.

The staff were simply fabulous- special note of thanks to Jitin and Kavya from Chakara, Akhil from the Shack and of course the very talented Rizwan who played the music live (and let me sing as well!). Very calm and serene location. Perfect place for a get away. The best part was the pettable and friendly dogs around and the sound of nature. While the property is not a luxurious one, it still is a home away from home with all the facilities and a steal deal for the rate..The best part is Swiggy delivers to this place despite being a place secluded from all the commotions. Manu was exceptionally helpful in arranging houseboat trips and visits to local places. I'd strongly recommend this place as a spot for workation. Rating 4.75/5

This is such a special place that Jackson and his sisters have created with such love and care - the best homestay in our whole trip! Such a clean, spacious room with AC and fan; loads of seats to chill on and a hammock to enjoy your morning in. But Jackson and his sisters are the real gems here - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and lovely. Such delicious food and masala chai each morning for breakfast. Recommending delicious restaurants nearby and sorting us out umbrellas for the day on the beach for a really reasonable price. Absolutely will be recommending to anybody who comes this way. Also, Marari beach is stunning, near deserted, and so clean. It was genuine paradise.

From the welcome to assisting us with an additional bed, and towels. The food was amazing. The staff were awesome. Especially MarcoPolo, he is brilliant with people and very helpful. We also had some Ayurvedic treatments done. It was amazing. A definite must when you are in Alleppey.
