We stayed at Norman’s place by the Secret Gilis and also booked a private snorkeling trip, and it was absolutely amazing. The accommodation is cozy, very clean, and run with so much care that you instantly feel at home. The snorkeling tour was the real highlight. Norman knows all the beautiful spots away from the crowds. We saw turtles, colorful corals, and countless fish in a very relaxed atmosphere. He takes his time, explains a lot about the marine life, and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Thank you, Norman, for your warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences. We will definitely be back!

Its out on a limb, so if your looking for a place with quietness and serenity this is the place, it is glorious. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The food and cocktails and drinks are fantastic. We did a day trip snorkeling around the islands with the Cocotinos staff and they were fantastic, I would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing villas with excellent service. We stayed at club villas with our family and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The view to the gilli islands is amazing. Loads of pool options on the resort. Kids were running around everywhere. The lunch/dinner staff is amazing. We requested grilled/bbq fish (off menu), and that request was catered to. Breakfast was delivered to the villa should we want. Spa service was okay and reasonably priced. The villas are perfectly south facing sunshine all day long. The villa staff were always on hand. My sister got ill, and they offered to take her to the clinic nearby or call the doctor to the villa. I had sunburn and reception staff provided aloe vera gel and even bought some more to the villa afterwards. Visit to the gilli Islands beaches, and snorkelling is a must when you stay here. Also, a car rental is a must. Driving in the area is okay. Just take it easy and dont follow the crowd/other driver on too much overtaking. If driving back to the villa at night, keep it under 50 kmh locals like to sit on the road 😅

We spent 4 days at the Amber Lombok Beach Resort in January 2025 – and we wish we could have stayed longer. From the customer service to the cleanliness to the quality of the food at the restaurant, everything was perfect. In rainy season it can take around an hour to reach the resort from the airport, travelling through picturesque rice fields as well as small villages. When you arrive, you can enjoy the fact that there are no other hotels around and it's not a highly developed part of the island. The tranquil location was ideal for a very relaxing break. Especially with our villa's private pool (the main pool also looked very nice, but we didn't try it out). The beach was pristine and also very quiet, giving us the chance to enjoy beautiful serene sunsets. We also very much appreciated the eco-friendly measures the resort has put in place. This was a significantly cleaner and more preserved place to visit that other parts of Indonesia. Thank you to the wonderful staff and especially Rina (Guest Relations) for always taking extra effort to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. I hope to come back again one day.

We stayed 9 days during early May 2024 at room N.1 (private villa with pool) that was well appointed and comfortable,good amenities,well working AC,etc.Mr. Firman and his staff were very nice and helpful,we never received any NO as answer but only Yeses .The food at the restaurant is very high standard and well priced,nice beach,good snorkeling nearby.

This place has amazing staff. They entertained our kids every day and genuinely seemed to like it. The restaurant has good food and our villa was great. The resort organized a trip to the secret Gili islands, which was awesome. They also offer free car rides to the beach.

The Jayakarta Lombok is a beachfront resort located on Meninting Beach at Senggigi. It is an hour's drive from Lombok International Airport.

Near to beach, kids Playground, kids pool with sand. It is quite old accomodation, but at the end is good :) stuff very friendly, especially waiter his name was Menu, he brought every day avocados for our small boy 7 months ❤️ Food was good, but a lot of fried food - can be improved, but we weren’t hungry, which is the most important. We spend there 9 nights. Beach has black sand and some of the days was not so clean, but what we can do here - the sea will bring everything we humans throw away
