The villa is really nice. The pool area and the garden are just heaven. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose again for a stay in Sanur. Close to main road with restaurants and shops, beach as well, but still away from the noise.

Just left this villa and was so happy to have found it. Impeccably clean, warm and kind service with a nothing they can't do for you attitude; better than the photos. Amazing location in Sanur in the heart of everything, yet set back from the beach so it is very quiet. We had the best sleeps in the king sized bed and loved the big windows looking out to the garden. I appreciated the sustainability focus, with refillable glass water bottles, easy access to free filtered water, large bottles of toiletries, and the option to reuse our towels. Thank you to Ayu and all the staff. We will be back.

This accomodation exceeded our expectation. Everything is newly renovated, the rooms and bathroom look very modern! The pool was a nice and calm place to relax and the breakfast are was really nice! The place was clean and the lady who took care of us (at reception, breakfast etc.) was the best! I was pregnant during my stay and struggling with morning sickness, and she got me a plate of fruit every morning to help me feel better. Location is great as well, very close to all the restaurants and the beaches but hidden away so it is very quiet and relaxed.

The entire hotel staff was super friendly, service-minded and made their all to make us feel special from day 1. The food was delicious and always plated beautifully. Every single detail has been thought through in this hotel, so if you have a chance to book your holiday at Klumpu Bali Resort, don’t hesitate a second! No doubt about it that Klumpu is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We loved every single second!
