The view is very wonderful and the place is charming, beautifully designed, elegant and luxurious. There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it. The swimming areas and activities are varied and wonderful.

Room was clean, exceptionally convenient and cozy. The use of the limited space was very effective and yet still designed aesthetically pleasing. Especially loved that they provided a non-slip mat, that the shower faucet was placed opposite of the shower head (much more convenient to adjust the water temp!), and the toiletries smelled amazing! All the staff were extremely, from the staff that handled the parking, to the receptionist, to even staff we passed in the hotel lobby. We had booked a room last minute and didn't manage to secure a double bed for a non-smoking room, but the receptionist was able to compensate our room with twin beds with a gorgeous mountain and city view on the top floor! Hotel was strategically located, parking is plenty, breakfast had many varieties and everything was good. Overall a very comfortable stay!

As an employee in the hospitality sector, I know whether a hotel is great or not. From the moment I entered through the security gate, I was amazed at the hotel, from the cleanliness of the entrance, the reception of the staff, and the baggage service. Everything was as it should be. When I entered the room it was very clean and the view was not as it should be but everything else was nice. The breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. Thank you to the staff, led by the General Manager.
