usually I seldom stay in 5 star hotel since it usually look similar in business trip, it makes me feel bored and just for sleep. however there are so many surprises during the stay here. love all the oriental interior design. the king size bed is extremely comfortable, had wonderful sleep after whole week business traveling. and the 2 pools at 5th floor and roof. with fantastic design and light in the evening, and wonderful sunshine in the morning . the staff are helpful and with kind smile. really enjoy and relax in the orient hotel. will definitely visit again with families!

Excellent breakfast with good menu options, high quality Japanese excellent facilities (swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi) but most of all extremely high quality service: staff were excellent, friendly and always able to answer questions and provide good advice. Only two years old. Good views across the city in all directions. Excellent Japanese restaurant and impressive arrangements for Chinese new year's eve.

The service was impeccable. From the doorman, concierge, reception to the restaurant staff, everyone was kind and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. On the morning I left, I had to leave at 5:00am and did not have access to the buffet breakfast as it was too early. But the hotel packed for me a wonderful breakfast box for me to enjoy in my room at 4:30am. I would definitely return again.
