Modern and new hotel (opened last year), and the layout of the room was great. We stayed 3 nights in a 2bd/2ba villa and it was spacious and perfect for 3 people. The service from the front desk, and housekeeping were great. The food and staff at the restaurant was excellent as well, and the afternoon snack was a nice touch. We really appreciated the gardens, waterfalls and the water fountain show too. There are not much restaurants nearby and you must have a driver or a car to get around. The hotel located a driver for us to enjoy the local sites, and that was great. Communication with Novi via WhatsApp for all our needs before and during the trip was excellent.

The location is spectacular - with wonderful views in all directions. The layout of the hotel is pretty unique - based around a walkway running out into the lake. There is a restaurant area, with coffee machine, books, vespas, plus a snug area and a fire pit. The boardwalk then runs out to the lake, where you can sit and enjoy the view - get an ice cream - or venture out in a kayak. Truly magical. I've stayed in an awful lot of hotels around the world and I think that this is the only one that sells day passes for non-residents to come and enjoy the views. During our stay there was a constant stream of instagrammers taking selfies.

Excellent location with well-kept, beautiful grounds. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts and the oriental cuisine restaurant were delicious. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

To get a full house for that liddle money, is wow. Unfortunately, you have to level down your expectations... Yes, the house is as on the pictures. But it needs urgently a renovation and a deep clean up. Fortunately, the bed was as expected, no issues there. Light, TV, WiFi in general all good. Towels proper and with the name of the hotel on it. The mirror in the bath is hooch. The garden is really nice and the terrace is inviting to sit and relax or chat.

Bagus Agro Pelaga is located in the Pucak Mangu Mountain Range, 950 metres above sea level. It features 2 dining options, and villas with balconies and private plunge pools.

This was an incredible experience. Dinnermenu in both restaurants spot on!! 5 course Breakfast... WOW!! The waiters and chefs all handled my peanut allergy with so much care. The location and view were out of this world. But the best thing was the staff. From arrival till checkout the staff was amazing. Thank you for alle the good vibes, conversations, cocktails.
