We were put in contact with Miss Mireille for check in. She was very friendly and made check in and check out stress free. She explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and the facilities available. It was a pleasure meeting her. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and very well located. The swimming pool is very big and clean. Plenty of secure parking spaces. Cafes, bars and a small handy supermarket within easy walking distance. Larger supermarkets Mercadona and Lidl only a 4 minute drive away. The beach within a short walk via pedestrian gate at the side of the complex.

The location👍safe area, next to bus and tram stops to center , staffs Barbara, Edwin, Sandra does extra mile service,. Our room was daily cleaned excellently, big thanks to our housekeeper of room 304 and others are all welcoming, friendly atmosphere, value for money, outstanding buffets menu, good job to all chefs , near to playa, 20 Mins to Puerto del Mar, good facilities, swimming pools are clean I can see that the water pH were checked daily, highly recommended for familys, kids will surely enjoy, requested for some things, and it was delivered and done fast, we are sure to book at Port Hotel Alicante on our next visit, keep smiling teams
