All the staff was excellent. Professional and welcoming. Additionally, the resort is beautiful, with nice greenery, lights, and views.The food in the restaurants was delicious as well as in the room service.. I also loved the soundproof walls and the coolness of the room.

The hotel is located 15 minutes drive from the Egypt-Israel border. Completely secluded resort with no shops or restaurants within walking distance at all. The rooms are very large and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and communications was not a problem. The pool was large, and the beach was nearby with lovely corals for snorkeling.

It's not my first time in this resort. The resort is big and spacious, clean, always smells good. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. tried all the 3 restaurants there( Lebanese, Italian and Chinese) and they were all great!!! The customer service by all the workers is very good and very professional.

Overall, I think it’s a good value for money. The resort is extremely beautiful and the pool the Laguna were very nice. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The hotel’s (extra paid) restaurant (El Mar) was good.

The resort is beautiful, the rooms are amazingly big and clean. Some of the staff are friendly and the Spa center is a must (lovely staff there). The pool is big too and there is a bar in the middle which is very nice. The private beach was nice.
