Our stay at Gazrashek was absolutely perfect. The hospitality of the people was outstanding — everyone was so warm and welcoming that I truly felt like I was at home. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the spring shower was fantastic. What truly made this experience unforgettable was Nura. She was energetic, professional, and always ready to help. It was my birthday during my stay, and I wanted to buy a bottle of wine. Since wine is only sold in authorized places in the area, she kindly drove me two hours away to get one — and she didn’t even charge it as a service. I am deeply grateful for her kindness and generosity. Thank you, Nura, and the entire Gazrashek team for making our stay so special!

The Manager Youssef was absolutely amazing as he took genuine care for out experiences, helped with every possible issue and even gave us room updates and complementaries. The place looks amazing, comes with a pool, restaurand and bedouin tent and is also well located!

Unbelievable property with fantastic staff. This property is particularly special. Everything was incredible. On the last day we had a puncture on our rental car and literally within 2 minutes the team took the wheel off and shipped it off to nearest garage 3 hours away. Crazy level of service.
