It was an exceptional and great experience, lovely stay and so friendly staff specially Mr Haitham from front office. The food was so delicious and varied The aqua was very entertaining and my son enjoyed it to the max and the animation team was wonderful and we enjoyed all their parties

Everything! The hotel is super clean and spacious, the beach is one of the best in the area, with a marvelous coral reef and marine life! The staff is super friendly and helpful,great offer of food and beverage as well!

We were provided with an upgrade to the beautiful sea-view room which we really enjoyed. During our stay we needed a medicine and we were provided with one from the doctor in the clinic placed at the hotel. The time we checked-out we were also provided with a room to take a shower in. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and kind and make us feel like at home. Both food at the main restaurant and drinks at the bars were high quality and tasty.

My wife and I stayed here as a couple. We're not fans of resorts or noisy family destinations, as we prefer a peaceful vacation, and this place exceeded our expectations. The resort is recently built, and even though it was in soft opening, almost everything was open and functioning. The food quality was good—sometimes even very good—and the fresh seafood was very good as well. The buffet-style restaurants offered high-quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes, and we never encountered crowds. We visited in late November and enjoyed very pleasant weather, ranging from 24°C to 28°C, though it was quite windy, something to keep in mind. The sea was a bit choppy due to the wind, but we were always able to swim, and the water wasn’t dangerous or too cold. The coral reef was beautiful and quite colorful. There are also interesting places nearby for excursions, including a stunning nature reserve close by. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the managers, who demonstrated genuine care for the guests and a high level of professionalism. The younger staff were sometimes a bit inexperienced in guest interactions, but they always showed a very human and sincere side. The housekeeping team was exceptional: the place was spotless, including all the common areas, which is not something you see everywhere. Attention to detail was impressive. On my birthday, the staff worked with my wife to surprise me in our room, even providing a complimentary birthday cake with a personalized message! The pools are very beautiful, though they were cold during our stay. However, I imagine they’re perfect in summer. Some pools were heated, and those were pleasant. The gym was well-equipped and suitable for a workout. Our room was stunning, with an incredibly comfortable king-size bed and a huge, beautiful shower in the bathroom. We had a fantastic and relaxing time overall. I gave a 10 because, on top of that positive experience, the price-quality ratio was unbeatable.

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

This intimate resort is located by a stunning coral reef in a peaceful spot with no boats or other tourists. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with diverse cuisine, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, and direct sea access just a few steps from your bungalow, this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small terrace. Everything is just as described. It is only 25-minute ride from the Marsa Alam airport.

Very nice hotel, great staff, food very good, very clean. They made us a free upgrade. Special thanks to entertainment team ( Dasha you are the best) and also for Fouad from cleaning witch js a master of towel figurines. My children were delighted. Thank you !

We loved the whole hotel. Food was nice, the beach is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a quiet holiday.

We had an amazing time, all thanks to Wael, who took exceptional care of us. He organized our trips to swim with dolphins, visit one of the most beautiful beaches, and arranged a journey to Luxor with a private taxi driver and guide. He ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. We also want to thank Karim who’s service was always with a smile, he is a very kind and helpful young man. The chef his food was incredible, the portions were generous, fresh and made with love. The rooms were perfect, the many cuddles of the beautiful dogs were heartwarming and the sea has a stunning rief where you could spend hours! We couldn’t have wished for a better, more pure, and relaxing stay. Everyone was so friendly and sincere, which made our vacation even more special. Everything was perfect. All the staff were very helpful and kind, especially Mr. Mostafa Othman Assistant front office manager and Mohamed Mossaad, the chef of Shell Fish Restaurant. Pickalbatros vita resort- portofino Marsa Alam is the best hotel & resort, highly recommended.
