I had pleasure to staying at this hidden gem, it was like stepping into another world - one where time slows down, nature surrounds you. The island has its own farm, where people are welcome to pick fresh fruits and veggies- a true gift from the Nile. These vibrant ingredients become part of the meals we enjoyed. There are small boats and kayak available for guests to use, offering a sense of freedom and adventure. Recommend paddling to Seheil island with authentic Nubian village and fantastic view of Nile. Sherif and his team was incredibly thoughtful and generous. He not only coordinated activities on and around the island, but also create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that brought all the guests together. Excellent experience overall. Great service by the hotel manager Mr Samir who made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. His operations management is on an international level, fast and efficient. Follow-up before checking in was good by Ahmed who made sure we had all necessary information and booked the pickup car for us. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Their cuisine is superb. Excellent food and drinks quality. Their tagines meals and hot Oreo drink are a must try. The design of the place is authentic Nubian with great decorations done by Somaia. The rooms are spacious and right above the Nile so you can enjoy a splendid sunrise from the room's terrace. Definitely visiting Dolty Kato again!

Kana Kato is located on Elephantine Island which madenour experience so special. We were picked up by the property's boat at the meeting point and sailed dieectly at the property's deck. Gasser and Ahmad were very helpful, they responded to our requests immediately. The view from our room was spectacular, the breakfast was great. We will come back to Kana Kato if we visit Aswan again.

This is really nice location next to Nubian village. The houses, rooms and everything within the hotel area is so nicely painted. It is clean and the staff is very polite being there for you. The hotel has different locations where you can sit and enjoy your free time. We tried some delicious food and drinks in their restaurant. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view over the Nile river. Also, the night and morning walk around the hotel offers you some good options for shopping or just wandering around narrow streets full of life. Would absolutely come back.
