Goodmorning, We’re having a great time here, everything is absolutely stunning! Amazing beach and pool! The staff is kind and polite, food is delicious! The Resort is wonderful and the staff is kind and very professional My room was water front very spacious and very clean The spa and gym are well equipped and super organised Aquapark and swimmng pools amazing and funny Speaking about staff, they are all special, kind, and helpful with all clients Hosni the guest relationship manager is kind, always available, ready to help everyone, his italian is perfect... Mohamed, the restaurant responsible, now at Panorama rest, became our good friend, helping us to find a good table in every occasion, always smiling, and kind, we will miss him. diving center and his staff well organised, ready toy help you to refresh memory, beautiful dives with lots of fishes and beautiful colours At the reception Mahmoud can speak italian to solve any kind of problem. We had very good relationship with all the staff!!! we will miss the atmosphere and all Akasia resort, but for sure we will be back as soon as possible

Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view, perfect location. Near is many shops, restaurants, coffe shops, nice calm place for walking here. Fully equipped kitchen. We had always hot water, washing machine in apartment. Whenever we needed something Mr. Mohammad kindly help us, everything was was quick, smooth. We highly recommend the accommodation.

We spent an 18-day family vacation at the hotel. We were completely satisfied with the resort, overall cleanliness, excellent kitchen - great variety of meals. Beautiful, perfectly maintained pools. The staff is extremely helpful, smiling and hardworking. When we had a certain problem at the beginning, the reception staff calmly helped us solve everything. Absolute professionalism. A special thanks to barman Islam from the beach bar who is absolutely brilliant, extremely hardworking, funny and keeps the bar spotlessly clean!!! We love you Islam 😊 We would like to come back next year.

Quite place reminds island , A/C ,clean, rooms, staff so nice & helpful perticulary Adel at the reception looking after me the whole stay, the clear blue sea & rooms view sea , garden, dining, wifi acces free all week, friendliness of the place feels like heaven!

Spacious and clean apartment from the inside and overlooking the sea. The owner of the apartment Counselor Mahmoud is constantly communicating to ensure the quality of accommodation. The person who is there to help , Abu Shaima is nice and helpful. It will certainly be our permanent residence in Qusayr.
