I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Aaron, Joseph, and Nyambeson, for their exceptional assistance when my brother fell ill and forgot his documents. They went above and beyond to ensure that his documents were delivered to him in Zimbabwe before his return to Germany. Breakfast - an excellent choice, a big variety of everything and people simply wonderful, first part of the stay the room was a bit smaller , but ok comfortable, becaise we were all day at the conference so size was ok (room 509), but the second stay our room was upgraded and with the sitting part and this was really perfectly comfortable and this part we already had a holiday so we enjoyed an extra space.(room 425).
