I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Aaron, Joseph, and Nyambeson, for their exceptional assistance when my brother fell ill and forgot his documents. They went above and beyond to ensure that his documents were delivered to him in Zimbabwe before his return to Germany. It’s very crowded, chaotic & polluted from vehicle fumes. Petty crime is rife, & you must constantly guard against pick pockets (one could say the same for London). After dark, it becomes very dangerous for tourists out walking alone

Lusaka is a good place to visit. The problm is the road. There is a stretch with a lot of potholes. Even the police officers that side are very hostile. They are always ready to lay a charge on visitors without guiding them
