It has wonderful uninterrupted view across the bay towards Table Mountain. The views of the sunsets were stunning. You can see the beach, waves and in the morning flocks of birds flew right over our balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms clean and showers were hot. There was sufficient lighting even during load shedding. All staff members were friendly, efficient and very very helpful We were just a couple but this apartment, can easily house 4 and more quite comfortably .There is a modern big kitchen two sleeping room a big balcony to sit or sunbath, it also had a splash pool which we did not due to the weather. There is air-condition in the rooms. The whole building is fenced and there is 24/7 security, so we were not worried about security in the apartment or for the car. There is laundry service that was very efficient and we could have also choose to use self-service. We did not use the gym, the swimming pools or the common bbq but all seemed quite nice.Guest review byADIIsrael

Every corner in the shared facilities and the room is taken care of with great taste, peaceful and cozy with a positive vibe, and spotless clean! Our triplex room had direct access to the garden with the pool, that our seven year old son with his cousin loved and, ourselves relaxed on the sunbeds. The pool size is ideal for the young ones, still not for a traveler who is looking to enjoy it over the cold sea waters. Melkbosstrand is a lovely, unpretentious old-fashioned seaside town with a long, firm beach along the Atlantic ocean. There are supermarkets, filling stations, restaurants and coffee bars for each taste and budget. Nearby is a championship golf course and sports centre with Padel and tennis courts. The host is unfriendly and the facilities poor. Although the location is fantastic, short stays will be less frustrating. There is bore hole water and when the electricity goes off, either because of load shedding or just because, and this happens all the time, there is no emergency lighting (even if the owner have solar) and no water.
