Everything! Immaculately clean, total luxury right and attention to detail; from the welcome at the reception, escort to the apartment! At first the room i was allocated to was small & not cleaned, aircon not working then i was given another room big' clean beds comfortable The reception lady why did she take me to a room that was not cleaned. daily inspect rooms before guest arrival

Breakfast was excellent. Lovely variety and with kid friendly options. Easy to get to where we needed to be in terms of location. Very family friendly. Lots of fun for the kids. Would have been a nice touch to have reception tell us all the wonderful facilities (other than the pool) on offer when we arrived but it was easy to figure it out as we explored. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially the gate security- big shout out to them)

This was the nicest stay we have had in Johannesburg. Easy to find but out of the way. Tracy and the rest of the staff were amazing. The accommodations were beautiful. Facilities were just perfect.
