The lodge is absolutely incredible, the decoration is on point, the setting is amazing and the food very good! But what makes your stay also incredible is the staff, especially Caroline who makes you feel like home and the owner who makes sure everything is perfect for you! Fantastic overall experience – this place offers both adventure and relaxation. Highlights include: • Two game drives a day with the most passionate and fabulous guide, Christelle – you couldn’t wish for better. • A great team at the lodge, from the gardeners and housekeepers to the cooks and business operators. • Wonderful breakfast, lunch and diner, including accommodations for people with dietary restrictions. • A customized stay, whether you’re visiting with friends, colleagues, as a couple, or on your honeymoon. This lodge is very eco-friendly, and they are continuously working on expanding the guest experience. Due to strict park regulations, the pool is rather small, but it’s perfect for cooling down. Additionally, you’ll find indoor and outdoor showers in your lodge. Do bring a book or two—between game drives, the peaceful surroundings invite you to unwind. Hoedspruit Airport is relatively close by, making arrivals and departures convenient. The 3-4 planes that fly by in the early afternoon are hardly noticeable. Rooms are very clean, and taken care of twice a day when on safari. The lodge is well protected, felt very safe during day and night time. With stunning views of the riverbanks, you might see various animals pass by while dining or relaxing—making this a place to remember.

After 4 months of travel, we arrived here very tired. The best thing I did during my 4 months of travel was to book here. There has never been a place like this and it will never be. Even the staff and guests I met here were kind and very nice people. I was really sad to leave here. This place became my future dream that I really want to come again. Thank you all. Thank you so much!!! next time we meet, I will learn a lot of English! I couldn't express my whole heart because I was not good at English. (Dinner here was great happiness and healing. Best food)

Excellent views of Three Rondavels from our chalet no. 98. Nice restaurant. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils, cutlery, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plates, etc. Therefore, you can make your own food and do not need to rely on the restaurant. There's a braai outside as well. Nice views from the upper view point. The lower view point is not exciting. Very nice and tranquil place for relaxing and getting away from the city life.

Nelspruit is a well run city, s gateway for anyone passing through to Maputo-mozambique, Limpopo, the Kruger Park. The one bad thing about the place is lack of taxi services like Bolt or Uber locally. One has to do with the local minibus taxis which do not always service some areas and operate at set hours. There are some operators but charge speculative fares due to the absence of app based taxis. I'm told this is due to minibus taxi operators blocking their activities. An example is going to/fro the airport which is problematic, or going to Maputo. There are few options.

A great location for some rest and relaxation.

A great location for some rest and relaxation. I went on a Big 5 safari game drive, and got to see the animals up close. I also had a heavenly spa experience at Karuna, and visited the nearby reptile park to see some rare snake species. Lots of restaurants around to try out a variety of meals, I went to the Club House and had tasty ribs. Then the breakfast at Aragula is to die for.

Not too far from the N4.

Not too far from the N4. About an hours drive to most attractions, like the Kruger, Lone Creek Falls, Lisbon Falls and God's Window. Graskop Gorge is also on the way to Blyde River Canyon. The scenery while driving makes the drive worth it.

The pool area is really nice and the overall resort is very clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. The 4 sleeper chalet is not something I would book again in it's current state.

Just one night on my way back home from a rest trip to Mpumalanga, but the lodge provided aa wonderful feeling of warmth, a great and relaxing view of the mountains. it made my overnight lodging a wonderful experience

Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations.

Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations. Great to see the wild horses and visit the magnificent waterfall. Excellent restaurant with the best Eisbein and beef goulash at Bohemian. Wonderful Sunday afternoon music too. Nice to meander through the village streets. We were lucky to see the Autumn leaves turning so delightful colours everywhere.

Kampersrus is about 30Kms from Blyde River Canyon so if you...

Kampersrus is about 30Kms from Blyde River Canyon so if you have activities planned there, it’s the perfect budget friendly town to stay at. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it has limited shops, and the shop closes at 6pm. After that you’ll have to drive to nearby towns for restaurants etc

It is an eco lodge so everything works off solar.

It is an eco lodge so everything works off solar. There was only 1 x unit with a fridge which is a problem if you are self catering as one needs to keep food and meat refrigerated. Wi-fi knocked out by storm but we weren't pre-warned that it was out and there is no signal there at all.
