The interior designs of the guesthouse are authentic in every touch points, starting from the entrance, lounge, dining room, garden to bedrooms. Added to those is an easy parking next to the guesthouse. For those who want to experience a South African atmosphere, this is the place you must visit. I will certainly revisit VillaChad again when I am around Kleinmond.

We have stayed in this house many time and it makes for a very special holiday.The house is beautifully located right on the beach. The large verandah which overlooks the sea is the main feature for us and where we spend most of our time. The heated swimming pool is just divine whilst the rest of the house, bedrooms, bathrooms living, dining and kitchen are well appointed and very comfortable. The owners have ensured that you have everything you need including extras like beach umbrellas, surf boards and games. The main swimming beach is a short walk away and there is a great delicatessen near by that sells fresh artisan bread and other baked goodies. It really is a superb property which is very special to us and we look forward to many more stays here in the future.

Location is a stone's throw away from the beach. Location is safe and very peaceful. Penthouse Apartment was generously spacious, set to a luxury standard and fully equipped with modern appliances, furniture, DSTv and good internet speed. This was an extremely good packaged deal and one I highly recommend and rate.

Had THE best stay here! We were unfortunate that the weather was quite bad, however the accommodation made it all part of the experience. Sitting by the indoor fire, glass of wine in hand, watching the waves crash against the coast. Truly epic (will be back in summer one year for sure).

Beautiful holiday home!!! Fully equipped with all that you could possibly require. My family and I had an amazing time. The pool was lovely, very, very close access to the beach. Beach views were spectacular 👌 and the neighbors were supper friendly! Definitely will be returning soon,

Kleinmond is a lovely quiet little town. it has beautiful beaches and beautiful birds . I loved it and will definitely go back. I enjoyed the bric a brac shops as well.its quite dog friendly which is very important to me.

Bettys Bay is a charming little coastal town.
Bettys Bay is a charming little coastal town. I think its perfect for tourists and locals if you are looking for a laid back breakaway. Its quite easy to get around and find different places of interest. We enjoyed visiting the Stony Point Penguin Colony. We spotted quite a number of birds. There are lovely trails for short hikes on the mountainside. The beach is wonderful with white soft sand. The water is quite cold though.

I was there off season which was perfect as coming in summer must be hectic.
Met very helpful people from the pharmacy, the small supermarket and the laundry lady.
Excellent restaurant - The Cork Eatery! Very nice owner and very good food. Enjoyed a lovely meal.
Beach is beautiful but I may have gone to the wrong entrance as a bit of a trek to the sea but well worth it. Big plus - pet friendly area.

Betty's bay is breath taking.
Betty's bay is breath taking. It is the perfect place for family getaways with walking distance to the beach. It's safe and secure and the people around are so friendly.
There is alot of nature reserves to visit and enjoy.
The Rooiels deli is great for breakfasts. Please visit the pottery shop just putisde Betty's bay. John has beautiful pottery on display..
Mussels can be found on the beach and is great of you know how to cook them.

We didnt see much of the area as my partner played golf on...
We didnt see much of the area as my partner played golf on the Sunday and I had to work (on my laptop in the room and also on the patio), so we only saw a bit of Sunny Seas on the Saturday afternoon when we arrived and the Monday morning when we left. We definitely want to come back when we devote a weekend to exploring the town and the beaches.

Betty's Bay has so much to offer a holiday maker. Stoney point penguin colony, Harold Porter Botanical Garden, hikes through the biosphere for all physical abilities.
Sand boarding, surfing and kite surfing, cycling or join the Park run every Saturday held at the Botanical Garden. Beautiful sandy beach to relax on or do some fishing.

Service was great and so was the wine , good value.
I enjoyed the wuiet of my mid week stay. a pity about the damage on the mountains form the Fire in Feb, but the vegetation will recover. It always does.

A fabulous cottage at a fabulous location... wildlife everywhere, perfect for the birdwatcher or photographer, flowers in the fynbos are wonderful too. Great hosts who are easy to communicate with if needs be... would definitely choose this town and cottage if ever back in The Western Cape
