iHome Hoi An was a beautiful place to stay. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and had great tips for things to do in Hoi An. I booked all of my tours through them. The pool was lush and my room was so comfortable and clean. The pool view from the balcony was my favourite!

Our stay in the Lion King Hotel was amazing. The host are incredibly welcoming, helpful and made us feel right at home. The facilities was really good and our room extremely comfortable. Additionally the location is perfect for easy access to the old town. Definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is unmatched! You really can walk anywhere or catch a grab. So affordable, the staff and service was 10/10 everyone was so lovely and friendly. The dorm looks exactly like the pictures so just know there is little privacy. Bed was soooo comfy and room was always cleaned and fresh towels put out. They give you a cute little handmade gift when leaving which is so appreciated. I would stay again, thanks so much

    The hotel is located in a beautiful and carefully maintained garden, the view from all rooms is perfect. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful in everything. The beach and its surroundings are also perfectly maintained. Even though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, there was no problem with the number of sunbeds, neither by the pool nor by the sea. The breakfasts are very rich, constantly replenished, you can order extra coffee for free (cappuccino, latte, etc.). The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Hoi An, which is very nice. Upon arrival, our friend was celebrating her birthday and even though we informed the staff about this at the last minute, they managed to prepare everything perfectly. She received a huge bouquet of flowers in her room upon arrival, a sweet surprise awaited her in the form of macaroons, and in the evening the table was festively set, with flower decorations and candles, and at the end of the dinner there was also a cake. Thank you very much for a great stay, we definitely recommend the hotel.

The General Manager Ms Phuong, Front Office Manager Mr Music Nguyen, and Ms Thi at the front desk were exceptional, very kind and helpful. I was travelling with my friend Natasha, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The breakfast room staff were also exceptional. It was Natasha's birthday on 10 April when we stayed at this hotel, her birthday was on the day we were checking out to fly to Hanoi. My birthday was the next day on 11 April. At breakfast the wonderful hotel staff presented us with a birthday 🎂 with both our names written on the cake. All the hotel staff (GM, Front Desk Manager etc) sang "Happy birthday" for us 🥰 We were deeply moved by the hospitality and kindness of the Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa. We shall surely be returning to this exceptional hotel sooner than later 💃

    Simple quaint town with easy food and transport. Food was awesome and plenty to choose from. About 2 night's stay is sufficient leaving days to spend elsewhere in the area. Souvenir and craft shops looked really good, be prepared to bargain a little but most owners are not overly aggressive. Nice views by the river for sunsets. Sunrise is early at 5.30am and jogging around to explore is possible and fairly safe too.

    The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

    The Ancient Town is still great for a day or (maximum) two, but the whole place has become over commercialized. If I were to return, I'd probably stay near An Bang (quieterz has better and cheaper food, proximity to an o-kay beach) as it is easy to get a Grab and commute back and forth.

    Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

    The staff were very helpfull and polite. We didnt want for anything. They advised us on the best places to go. They provided a lovely breakfast for us every morning. Beautiful rooms, the view was awsome over looking the river. Recommend staying here

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
