La Charm is ideally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre and An Hoi island. The rooms were nice, bed huge and comfortable. Small gym, but enough equipment to make it worthwhile. Staff were delightful, highly attentive and professional. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience.

Silk Sense Hoi An was, without a doubt, the best hotel from our trip around Vietnam! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff here are truly amazing—always friendly, helpful, and greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room had a lovely view overlooking the river and Hoi An, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The dining choices at the hotel were also impressive, with high-quality food and a great selection of dishes. The spa was also great. The massage and other services were of high quality! One of the highlights of our stay was the day trip to My Son, which the hotel organized perfectly. Everything was well-coordinated, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Silk Sense Hoi An to anyone visiting the area. It truly made our trip special, and we would love to return!

It was my third stay here. Always perfect and impeccably clean. From the moment you come to the reception for the check-in everyone is super polite and helpful. The man at the swimmingpool always welcomes you with a smile and helps with anything you need. The breakfast room team are just great. The men at the door are very helpful with the baggage, always ready to asisst you. The room is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Good wifi. Breakfast gives you lots of options 70% Asian, 30% Western style. Lots of fruit to choose from and great bread if you need it after some time in Asia. Free bikes for rental work very well. The hotel is $2 away from the beach by Grab and some 15min walk from the old town.

What a fantastic hotel to stay at! I absolutely loved the place. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the location was perfect—right on the main street. If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

The Old City was great to see, especially with all the...

The Old City was great to see, especially with all the lanterns lit. A Bang beach though a little dirty in parts due to volcanic ash, the water was clean and warm and it wasn’t packed like My Khe Beach. An Bang Beach hotel and streets were very quiet in contrast to the Old City.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

Hoi An is a charming historic town on the tourist route...

Hoi An is a charming historic town on the tourist route between Ho Chi Min City and Hanoi. It is well worth a few days visit to wander around the old streets, visit the interesting museums, browse the markets and shops and eat and drink your fill in the excellent cafes and restaurants. Get a made to measure dress or suit rustled up in no time at one of the many tailors in the town. There are plenty of other places to visit a short distance from Hoi An such as Ba Na Hills, the beach and Hue if you want to extend your stay. We stayed at La Charm hotel just outside the centre and enjoyed eating at the nearby Boi Com restaurant which offered quality dishes and cocktails at a good price.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
