Nga was my initial contact and provided excellent service and support. The people working at La Charm are fantastic at service, so kind and friendly. The chef and his team prepare an incredible breakfast. Housekeeping is perfect, everything is done so well and so clean. The Spa manager is very welcoming and provides really good massages at the Spa from her team. The location is just right, quiet and close to everything. The best beds of any hotels I have stayed at throughout Vietnam. Hien is happy and friendly every morning and Hien A and Hien B are super nice too. It really made my stay incredible.

I would recommend it a thousand times. The service was spectacular. All the staff, especially Nancy, were very helpful during our stay and did their part to ensure that we had the best experience, not only during our stay but in the city itself. The location, the cleanliness, the room and the common services such as the pool and the fitness area 100% met our expectations. Thanks to the chefs for the food. We are leaving happy and would choose them again in the future.

Location is 10 minutes to walk to the centre of the Old Quarter. Rooms were spotless with a beautiful shower. The staff really made our stay perfect, especially Mr Tam and the young concierge gentleman. Truly a wonderful place to stay, with drinks and food at reasonable prices and very comfortable beds. You also get free bicycles and can rent motorbikes for 150k per day.

The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay. The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean. The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us. Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-) We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day Greetings, James and Falco

- it is close by the old city center, just 5 Min walk - tasty and a good choice for breakfast - free tea and coffee all day long - free umbrellas to borrow - 24 hour reception - and of course the super friendly and everytime helpful staff. The place is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! The room was sparkling clean, gave a bit of a luxury feeling, maybe because was brand new hotel, or just renovated (not sure). The host was super friendly, helped with information, also provided in some cases drop off to the town, if u visit his clothes shop (my gf bought great dress from there, price a bit high, but quality was excellent). The chose a hotel that will be between the old town and the beach, so that we can go easily to bought, also wanted to be away from the crowd. Was extreamly easy to book a taxi (Grab app) and is just few minutes from the old town. We would def stay again, if we come back to Hoi An!

Silk Sense Hoi An was, without a doubt, the best hotel from our trip around Vietnam! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff here are truly amazing—always friendly, helpful, and greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room had a lovely view overlooking the river and Hoi An, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The dining choices at the hotel were also impressive, with high-quality food and a great selection of dishes. The spa was also great. The massage and other services were of high quality! One of the highlights of our stay was the day trip to My Son, which the hotel organized perfectly. Everything was well-coordinated, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Silk Sense Hoi An to anyone visiting the area. It truly made our trip special, and we would love to return!

It was our second time returning to this amazing hotel and we appreciated warm welcome and care by Mr Dung. We loved sea view from our terrace, serenity of pool area, fully equipped gym while kids enjoyed kids club. Two bedroom appartments featuring two bathrooms are great option for families, everything is atil new and spotlessly clean. We also tried spa package including traditional Korean saunas - very relaxing 3 hours.. All facilities are clean, well maintained and staff well trained.. Free shuttle to Hoian town was very convenient for the afternoons. Breakfast is a daily treat with lots of western and Asian options. Afternoon tea also offers nice selection of sweet and savoury treats. We had fantastic time, again, and find this place an amazing value. We hope to be back!

The property is amazing - there is a great swimming pool, the rooks are very nice and clean, everything is working (despite what other reviews say, we had no trouble with the wifi). We particularly liked the a la carte breakfast. When there is a lot of people staying at the hotel, there is a buffet (which is fine), but when there is only a couple people staying, which was most of the time we were at this hotel, there is a la carte breakfast. It is very rich, the staff is very nice and helpful. We also had a good experience with the receptionists. They were very nice, super available, helpful and willing to accommodate all our requests.

We loved the location of Lasenta as it overlooks a rice paddy which you can see from the pool. It’s amazing to be so close to town but also feel as though you are in the countryside! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, helping us with bookings and letting us keep our luggage in the lobby on the day of check out while we waited for the bus, with Alex helping us with our heavy bags! The room was spacious and gorgeous and of course the pool was a massive highlight.

Kevin and Lind were always available to assist me with anything I needed. I totally love how all the staff were upbeat and friendly. They have a fridge in the lobby if ever thirsty lounging by the pool. Massages are available with 30min notice a masseuse will show up in the lobby at the hotel with a dedicated room in hotel for massages at great rates. I liked my 10AM massages 😊. To be honest, this is the best experience I ever had. The breakfast is the best I had ever, on par with big brands like IHG Intercontinental or Hilton. The location is perfect, you can spend the day between the beach and the pool, the restaurants are wonderful, the beach bar is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To visit hoi an, stay at palm garden and just use the shuttle bus or use the grab app, don't book a hotel in the city.

Fabulous, I loved every minute.

Fabulous, I loved every minute. I stayed at Emma Homestay 2 which was a great location. I was close to the Ancient City and lake with all the lighted lanterns at night. Great eating places and massage shops close by. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a...

If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

Lily help me with Bluetooth speaker, she give us welcome drink, present us some souvenirs like painting, some tea and cake so lovely. Washing machine working well. I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

The snorkeling here is mediocre.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

The vibes is great cool town and very relaxing, lots of good...

The vibes is great cool town and very relaxing, lots of good cafe, restaurants and pubs for dining, chill out and entertainment. The river was very beautiful at night with all the lights. There are many special shops selling lamps, pastries, and local street foods, a lot of ancient building and structure to take photo with. Love the people there.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

We absolutely loved Hoi An!

We absolutely loved Hoi An! It’s such a charming town with beautiful lanterns, great food, and lovely people. The old town is full of character and easy to explore on foot or by bicycle. Unfortunately, because of the weather, we couldn’t spend much time on the beach during our visit in early October — but we still enjoyed wandering around, visiting cafés, and soaking up the atmosphere. Even with the rain, Hoi An was one of our favourite places in Vietnam! We used Grab to get around. Plenty of places to shop around.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
