The view to the lake is mesmerising. Staff was tactful. Hotel full of flowers and smooth jazz. Cannot imagine better place to stay in Lai Chau.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It started with allowing us an early check in …we really appreciated it after not getting any sleep on a night bus. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I loved the rooftop pool! The staff were always helpful and organised my ticket to get the cable car up to the top of Fansipan and explained how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel - the view from the bar area is simply amazing. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The food is high quality - the breakfast buffet has a wide range of food (western and eastern) and the dinner was excellent. Concierge was very helpful. The hotel has a special entrance for the train to Fansipan - little bonus!😊 The pool is amazing after a morning "climbing" to Fansipan summit. The room are good size room, the bed is very confortable and the bathroom well equipped. The decoration throughout the hotel is amazing. Book a garden view as the street can be noisy.

Sa was very helpful and making sure we were looked after throughout our stay. He even came to bid us goodbye on his day off work. The rooms we stay has an amazing view to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable. It was a wow moment upon entering. A convenient place and short walk to Sapa Town. Very accommodative owner who allowed us to freshen ourselves before leaving the hotel in the evening back to Hanoi. Highly recommended.
