Beautiful hotel - the view from the bar area is simply amazing. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The food is high quality - the breakfast buffet has a wide range of food (western and eastern) and the dinner was excellent. Concierge was very helpful. The hotel has a special entrance for the train to Fansipan - little bonus!😊 The pool is amazing after a morning "climbing" to Fansipan summit. The room are good size room, the bed is very confortable and the bathroom well equipped. The decoration throughout the hotel is amazing. Book a garden view as the street can be noisy.

The breakfast was quite spread. The chef was even kind enough to make vegetarian dishes for us. The staff was kind enough to get us the tickets for activities and arrange the cab. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sapa.

Worth money. The hotel is super nice and clean. All the staffs are very helpful, they supported us whenever we needed them, no matter what time it is. The room is just exactly the same as the pictures on the app, the restroom is clean, the bed is big and comfortable.

The hotel was good value for money. It was around 10 mins walk (be ready for an uphill walk on the way back) to Sapa stone church where almost all if not all tours start, unless of course hotel pick up was an option. It was also close enough to the lake so I spent a couple of afternoons sitting by it on the way back to the hotel from meals out. It was close to all activity without being in the center of it all (noise). Cuong, the owner/ manager was one of the nicest, sweetest, most helpful person I’ve come across. Very willing to help and approach especially with booking tickets, taxi, massage, etc. Their stand double room could comfortably accommodate 4 people. For the money I paid, it definitely delivered.

This is without doubt the best hotel in Sapa! The staff was super helpful at all times, the breakfast amazing and the room was perfect, good beds with the best views in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and cozy everything felt. They helped us with our taxis, our schedules and even gave us umbrellas when we needed them! Also, bonus point, the bathroom was big and super clean with everything we needed. Would definitely repeat.
