Unique property. We were upgraded from the rooms we booked. Exceptional value for money. They made us a western style breakfast although it wasn't on the menu.

Loved the location! Far out from the high pace city of Saigon but not too far from the next city of Can Tho. The entrance has this beautiful array of flowers with the gates opening up to your oasis. Inside is incredibly relaxing. A small pathway leading to several bungalows and then surprise a beautiful pool in the shade. The bungalows have a lovely decoration inside with windows and doors opening to the plants, flowers and trees. The upper stairs balcony is incredibly enjoyable to relax, read a book, have a cold drink, and be one with nature. Once you restore your energy, there are bikes to use to ride outside on the quiet street along the river or even into the local village. Also the property has access to the river and a speed boat. You can leave right from the property to check out the floating markets and get the thrill of seeing more of the river, nature and viewing the villages along it.

The accommodation is amazing, peaceful, pretty, even better than the pictures! On top of that, of course, the staff. Hard workers, who do it with a smile. Need anything? Just ask! They go the extra mile to assist you. We also booked the floating market tour, which was incredible, thanks to proper organization and the sweetest guide. Definitely recommend!

Accommodation really cool, nice and clean, right on the canals, very picturesque, very friendly staff and helpful, Fi has good English and happy to help with everything. You can also book a guided tour here for the floating markets which I recommend you do. Fi is an amazing tour guide.

Bosa, Phoenix and their two sons are the most fantastic hosts. We had an exceptional few days in their home. The food, the company, the attentiveness.. everything was amazing. The went out of their way to make our stay great, helped us with booking taxis, renting scooter and also offer a tour of the floating markets. We also had such a lovely time with the other guests, the layout of the dining area makes it easy to interact with others over the delicious meals Phoenix makes. This has been one of my most pleasant travel experiences ever. Tuan, his family and employees are warm, fun and welcoming. The home stay is like a little oasis, with a well maintained pool and absolutely delicious food. It was great eating dinner communally and trying so many amazing local dishes and ingredients. A highlight of my entire trip in Vietnam was going to the land market with Tuan (after visiting the floating markets) and picking out food for dinner. I highly recommend doing this, as well as borrowing the bikes and exploring the streets and rivers of this pocket of the delta. The locals are absolutely lovely, as is the nature around. If you like to be kept very busy, then two nights is perfect - you can do both tours, and take yourself around on the bikes. If you are happy with a little time to relax like I am, then more nights is good! I stayed two but I wish I had stayed three or four to decompress. There are hammocks, the pool, and you can do relaxed little bike rides. I highly highly recommend! And a huge thank you to Tuan and his family, I will forever be grateful to you for letting me into your home.
