I came here as a solo female traveler, and I felt extremely safe! There's three different types on locks on your door. Not to mention it's in a great area and isn't too loud at night. I will definitely be returning to this hotel! Couldn't suggest more. The room is big and clean and the bed and pillows were seriously so comfortable!!! The breakfast was also great! The staff, facilities, and location all combined to give us a delightful first visit to Da Nang. After we booked, we found it very easy to communicate several special requests to the hotel Guest Relations team. They always responded immediately, and they were able to meet and exceed every one of our requests. When we needed to modify some activities after we arrived, they were able to be flexible and provide some excellent modifications. Our primary contact was Ngụy Hà Anh Thư, the Front Office Manager. Ms. Thư gave us her full support from the moment we arrived. She had the knowledge and resources to assist us with some complications that could have ruined our trip, but the solutions that she provided solved every one of the concerns. She connected us with the right community resources to meet our needs. Communicating with her in English was smooth, and we really saw that she went above and beyond to help us from the bottom of her heart. We had a delightful stay in Da Nang at the Muong Thanh Grand Hotel in the Executive Suite and the Premier Double King rooms, and we enjoyed all 12 days of our visit. As we were getting settled, Ms. Thư worked with us personally to ensure that each of the rooms met our needs, and she even offered to exchange a room when we discovered a problem with the tub. Her manner was very friendly and effective, and our satisfaction jumped from 100% to 110% right away. When we needed to work in the room during the morning, housekeeping always responded to make up the room later in the day, which was one of the ways we felt genuinely cared for. The icing on the cake was a kind birthday celebration that they provided for us, with singing and a cake with candles. It was amazing! The hotel is conveniently located to ATM’s, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is close to the Cầu Rồng Dragon Bridge, so both sides of the river as well as the beach and a shopping mall are a short ride away by Grab car.

Even though the weather in Danang wasn’t on our side, we still had a fantastic stay! We couldn’t enjoy the rooftop pool as much as we hoped, but the happy hour at the rooftop bar more than made up for it. The atmosphere up there was amazing. Breakfast was excellent — and the soup is an absolute must-try. Seriously, don’t skip it! Our room was spotless, and the view was totally worth the extra cost. Waking up to that scenery was such a highlight of our stay. The location is perfect as well — right on the beachfront, close to everything we needed. Overall, despite the weather, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

A very good value-for-money hotel. The room was neat, the amenities worked well, and everything was arranged thoughtfully. Location-wise, it was convenient and safe. We were quite happy with the overall comfort and quality provided at this price. Would definitely come again. A special mention for the restaurant, it was just Awsome..food , buffet breakfast , staff was so courteous and understanding, as we were vegetarian and they did a wonderful job...

The moment you walk into the foyer, you feel relaxed, and just know you chose the right hotel. The hotel is located a short taxi ride away from Da Nang, and right opposite Marble Mountain. So close you can walk it in about 10 minutes. Rooms clean and modern, gardens manicured and well maintained. There is a choice of pools, which are the perfect temperature. The staff can't do enough for you, and are attentive and charming.

We had a wonderful trip to Namang retreat. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, the villa was perfect, the daily massages were amazing, and the facilities were great! Nice quiet town and an excellent beach.

Nice quiet town and an excellent beach. The evening lighting around the bridge is also amazing, Great food and very friendly people. Worth spending a day or two and also the visit to Ba Na Hills was quite fun.

Secluded and peaceful beach location, with well-groomed surroundings and a comfortable hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was great! I had dinner at the Rice Bowl a few times, and the Japanese food and service were excellent! However, compared to similar restaurants in Hanoi, it was a bit pricy. The beach was excellent, clean and quiet. The proximity to the golf course was fantastic too, although I did not play, as I was there to watch a tournament. Great place for some R&R with family!

The hot springs was great, but I personally wouldn't recommend more than 2 days there. Even that felt long. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. The food was not great at all and way overpriced.

First time to Da Nang so spent the time walking the neighborhoods and beach. This was an exploratory trip to get a feel for Da Nang. People were friendly. The coffee culture is of interest which I plan on looking into on future visits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Coming from California though we felt very guilty letting the water run for so long to get hot.

Danang is a very nice place to visit.I have’nt have any bad experience when it comes to food. Si many places to see. December is not a good month to go, it is their rainy season. Dissapointed that we came on December,

Nice beaches and lagoons, especially Lap An Lagoon.

Nice beaches and lagoons, especially Lap An Lagoon. You can go for a boat ride around the lagoon, visit oyster farms and Lang Co fishing village. Or take a mototaxi to nearby Lang Co beach, village market and to the Hai Van Pass. Stopover at Ga Lang Co , the little train station, and wait for the train to arrive. From there you can also have a nice view of the fishing village and Lang Co Bay. Enjoy the seafood at the seafood restaurants, eg. An Lagoon where you can dine by the lagoon and watch the sunset. Some homestay like BH Villa offers assistance in booking mototaxi, boat rides and taxi.
