This hotel is still very new, so a few areas around the room were still under construction — but the room itself was absolutely fantastic! Everything was brand-new, high-tech, and felt very high-quality. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable, and the room offered plenty of space. The staff were very friendly, and the check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great stay and I can definitely recommend it!

Morning Glory captured our heart. We were there for two nights, the vibe is restful and peaceful. Beautiful house, gorgeous art, paintings created by family members. Diane is the perfect host, patient, thoughtful, giving great suggestions on hikes, walks, local events. Breakfast was delicious, she was able to accommodate our gluten and dairy free diet. A gem, will definitely be back!

I love this little town.

I love this little town. I come here basically every year for my birthday to relax, clear out my head and be quiet. And to go away from NYC for a while Sweet little town with nice, relaxed and friendly people.

new paltz is a great little town, nice bike routes. this motel was quite bare bones, located right on the highway, a little tricky to access, but definitely pleasant and does what it sets out to do- budget accomodations, no frills, very adequate.

I booked using an app.

I booked using an app. It was easy and I got the room as described. We needed a dog-friendly place and this was one of 2 in the area. In fact their green space was big and good for the dog to sniff out rabbits, but none were sighted. The property was clean and room comfortable. The front desk agent recommended the restaurant across the street and the meal there was decent. The breakfast was pretty much what is offered everywhere else, but we just have coffee from the dining room, and do not use the coffee system in the room, which had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Woodstock is a quaint and quirky little town that lives up to its history. Steeped in culture, music, and art it’s a unique throwback to a time of peace, love, and understanding, mixed with a bit of counterculture and free thinking. It’s also got a thriving culinary scene as well as funky bars and shops. There’s something for everyone.

Gem of a hotel.

Gem of a hotel. I am a former resident of the area and have worked for major hotel chains as well as stayed at many (sometimes for many months at a time). I am fully aware of other hotels in the area and their value. This hotel is great for the repeat buisness traveler as well as anyone new visiting the area. Great value for the cost.I come to the area once a month and not wanting to impose myself on others, I now found a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay.

Awesome people! : ) We never actually made it to this hotel.

Awesome people! : ) We never actually made it to this hotel. We made a reservation through Booking.com that was not available. So we were charged and did not have a place to stay. Of course, I did not know that the error was not on the side of the hotel when I first found out. I was really aggravated as you can imagine... The Hotel owners could not have been more lovely or more helpful. Despite the "red tape" with the involvement of Booking.com, they found a way to credit my money back quickly. We were so grateful that they handled this so well! We will definitely make to this hotel at some point in the future!

We loved Phoenicia and we thought what a great place to live. The community was welcoming and the town had most of what you might need in about a 2 block area. So easy to get around this quaint, little town. Loved the Library, Country store and the old fashioned ice cream store. We ate at Brio's for dinner and enjoyed our tasty fajitas meal, as well as the local color in the neighborhood. What a wonderful town in a beautiful area in the Catskills!

The ‘new’ Hampton Inn in New Paltz is centrally located, right off the highway, but yet centrally located to restaurants, shops & the University here. We were in a short driving distance to great hiking along the ‘Walk Over the Hudson’ & ‘Minnewaska State Park’ Perfect place to stay. We would come from our adventures and unwind in their beautiful pool! Love that the hotel is brand new, with high end finishers, rooms are larger than most hotel rooms & the extended shower is a plus! Will definitely book in advance to make sure we get a room!
