- From US$251.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 56 reviewsMorning Glory captured our heart. We were there for two nights, the vibe is restful and peaceful. Beautiful house, gorgeous art, paintings created by family members. Diane is the perfect host, patient, thoughtful, giving great suggestions on hikes, walks, local events. Breakfast was delicious, she was able to accommodate our gluten and dairy free diet. A gem, will definitely be back!Guest review byMonicaUnited States

They help us and answered all of our questions. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Also the hotel is very close to the Interstate 87 so it's usefull after a long trip from Virginia Beach to get some rest before going back to Canada.Guest review byPierre-OlivierCanada

new paltz is a great little town, nice bike routes. this motel was quite bare bones, located right on the highway, a little tricky to access, but definitely pleasant and does what it sets out to do- budget accomodations, no frills, very adequate.Guest review bySlowtravelsblogIsrael - 8.0
I booked using an app.
I booked using an app. It was easy and I got the room as described. We needed a dog-friendly place and this was one of 2 in the area. In fact their green space was big and good for the dog to sniff out rabbits, but none were sighted. The property was clean and room comfortable. The front desk agent recommended the restaurant across the street and the meal there was decent. The breakfast was pretty much what is offered everywhere else, but we just have coffee from the dining room, and do not use the coffee system in the room, which had a refrigerator and a microwave.Guest review byTedUnited States - 10.0
Gem of a hotel.
Gem of a hotel. I am a former resident of the area and have worked for major hotel chains as well as stayed at many (sometimes for many months at a time). I am fully aware of other hotels in the area and their value. This hotel is great for the repeat buisness traveler as well as anyone new visiting the area. Great value for the cost.I come to the area once a month and not wanting to impose myself on others, I now found a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay.Guest review byanthony - 10.0

Woodstock is a quaint and quirky little town that lives up to its history. Steeped in culture, music, and art it’s a unique throwback to a time of peace, love, and understanding, mixed with a bit of counterculture and free thinking. It’s also got a thriving culinary scene as well as funky bars and shops. There’s something for everyone.Guest review byKarenUnited States - 10.0

Absolutely loved this property from the room straight through to the management. Christina was fantastic! Always cheery, professional and ready to help get you whatever you need to make your stay a really great one. Room was clean and well appointed. The views were absolutely fantastic!!!! We were so happy with our stay, we are coming back for my birthday in July.Guest review byLisa - 10.0

We loved Phoenicia and we thought what a great place to live. The community was welcoming and the town had most of what you might need in about a 2 block area. So easy to get around this quaint, little town. Loved the Library, Country store and the old fashioned ice cream store. We ate at Brio's for dinner and enjoyed our tasty fajitas meal, as well as the local color in the neighborhood. What a wonderful town in a beautiful area in the Catskills!Guest review byMollyUnited States - 10.0

This is a very small town (a single street with commercial establishments and a few residential neighborhoods off of the 'main strip.' It is the middle of the Catskills, and it doesn't get much prettier than that. I suspect it is very busy in ski season, being only 2 miles from a major ski center.Guest review byPatriciaUnited States - 2.0

Be very careful about surge pricing over the weekend - this hotel is very poor value for money at weekend prices. I am also concerned that there is extremely limited concern for protecting the environment, a complete lack of energy efficiency - throw away cutlery and plates and bowls, no energy efficient measures in rooms. In my 4 day stay my room wasn't cleaned at all. Standards of food very poor.Guest review byAnthonyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The ‘new’ Hampton Inn in New Paltz is centrally located, right off the highway, but yet centrally located to restaurants, shops & the University here. We were in a short driving distance to great hiking along the ‘Walk Over the Hudson’ & ‘Minnewaska State Park’ Perfect place to stay. We would come from our adventures and unwind in their beautiful pool! Love that the hotel is brand new, with high end finishers, rooms are larger than most hotel rooms & the extended shower is a plus! Will definitely book in advance to make sure we get a room!Guest review byMaureen
