The Bistro breakfast was very good. My avocado toast with a small side of kale was delicious as was the French toast with strawberries that my spouse renjoyed. The weather was lovely in the early morning so we ate out on the patio. The Courtyard Marriott has a lovely setting for eating and conversation.

We loved our stay here and wished it was longer than just 1 night. Super handy for Luckenbach Music/Dancehalll and set in a lovely remote setting. The hot tub, chapel, swing chair, goats, chickens, and horses make it such a unique stay! The bed was very comfortable and room spotless. Jenny & Doug were super friendly and helpful! Jenny recommended a great restaurant nearby where the food was brilliant. Would love to come back and have already recommended to friends

Beautiful German town with so many stores, restaurants, and museums plus a whole lot of wineries in town and just outside. Alexander Winery was our favorite this trip. We ate at Friedhelms which was just a stone’s throw from our motel. They serve German & American food and everyone we spoke to in town said it was as their favorite place to eat.

The hike to the pool was alright, but the pool was not beautiful at all. There was no waterfall, it has been drought season for 4 years. A little leary of getting into water that is not flowing. Very disappointed!

This place is beautiful and clean!

This place is beautiful and clean! Great private place to get away and relax. Half hour away from any type of store and no immediate neighbors. Everything you might need is provided by the hosts. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Excellent view from the deck. Beautifully decorated but had to clear many items so we had places to cook, eat, and just hang out. People with mobility issues may find it challenging to get around.

This was a flawless weekend getaway.

This was a flawless weekend getaway. The cottage was spacious, clean and private. The view was outstanding, Paul was easy to deal with. It is a breath taking vacation spot in the Hill Country. It's close enough to town for nightlife but far enough out for privacy. The cottage was built for comfort, from the tall ceilings to the very spacious bedroom. Clean linens, clean bathroom and clean kitchen. After talking to Paul you can tell He and his wife take great pride in offering these spectacular cottages to the public. I really do not have a single complaint about this property.

Historical small town with lots of wineries, orchards, brewery, many small businesses especially on the main street (they close early but thats ok), my favorite coffee shop haus 😃 with super flavorful real pastries 😃, and we enjoyed and recommended pioneer museums with rich history, Japanese garden is super small but very pleasant, memorial :including the presidents who served in second world war II, the park with monuments including the one with native Indians and german settlers. Pacific war museum with kids area as well. Love the stone buildings and clean town. Recommend

Make sure you find the actual "Dripping Springs" for which the town is named. It's next to Clara's cabin on Mercer Street. Very cool. We enjoyed the shops on Mercer and Pedernales Falls State Park. We ate at Homespun Kitchen, which was good but quite pricey. We stayed at The Alexander at Creek Road, which was incredible.

Gated property with beautiful cabins for rent.

Gated property with beautiful cabins for rent. Just far enough out of town, about 6 miles. It is easy to find, on main highway. We stayed at the back of the property. Has a good rood all the way to the property, no pot holes. Other properties are far enough part, you have privacy. Has an outside shower for rinsing off after getting out of hot tub, ++. Breath taking beautiful view. Definately worth the $. Great accommodations!

Plenty of good food and drink and a few museums and plenty of Vineyards. Enchanted rock is only place to see or hike. This is a good place to spend a day on the way to other Texas hill country locations such as Sonora caverns, Big Bend, Fort Davis, Martha, Austin or San Antonio.
