Charming, peaceful, and intimate — the perfect romantic escape. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and featured a super comfortable bed. The jacuzzi and private outdoor patio were such a wonderful touch, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. The shared pool area was cozy yet never felt crowded, with plenty of loungers and quiet corners to unwind. After a busy holiday, this was the ideal place to slow down and recharge. So far, this is the best hotel I've stayed at. They genuinely read my requests and specially arranged a quiet room for us. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing my husband with an extra blanket and a shaving kit. The lobby offers free hot water, which is a thoughtful touch for Asian guests. The breakfast was also perfect.

This is a small scale hotel, that welcomes its guests full heartedly and wishes to make them feel comfortable for the entire stay. The love for detail in de decoration all over the hotel and in the individual rooms is stunning. The room was large with all equipement one can desire. The bed is amazing, as is the spacious bathroom with separate shower and stand alone bathtub. The room has a private patio, with fire pit and bathtub. The location of the hotel is perfect, right off the main street in down town Palm Springs. The pool is clean and quiet and remains open tot 11:00PM! There is ample parking space at no extra charge.

This was truly an excellent resort. A really nice room with balcony and all the kitchen equipment you could ever think of for preparing your breakfast (or even meals). The room had an own garage which was a nice bonus. The property has a lot of good pool areas if you want to spend your time relaxing in the sun or shade. It is located a bit from the Palm Springs city center, but that is not a problem if you move around with a car.

First time in Palm Springs and the Saguaro was exactly the experience we hoped for! The property was so bright and fun, yet upscale and clean. The design of the entire hotel is incredible and the staff was amazing. We had a pool view room and loved waking up to the gorgeous palm trees! The El Jefe restaraunt on site was delicious as well. Will definitely be going back next time we're in PS!

I love Palm Springs, been there many times but DO NOT STAY AT TRAVELODGE! Massive health and safety violations! Mildew and musty smells indoors and out! Roaches every morning when you turn on the lights!

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed...

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed with cutlery & crockery for inside and outside eating. There were lots of pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc for serving big crowds. The linen was of high standard and beds very comfortable. I would bring your own corkscrew/waiters's friend - the one provided was useless and the electric one questionable. For non-American visitors - most local wine is corked and not screw top. The pool & hot tub were perfect - heating worth the cost! We had to get someone out to explain how to heat pool & spa as it seems they can't run concurrently. No written instructions...perhaps something to provide next time? I cannot praise the Vacasa Team enough for their impressive service and assistance - we had a few small problems and someone was on site within 4 hours - very impressive. We would come again. Thank you! PS Pre-order your sourdough bread from Joe The Sourdough Man - fabulous home made bread, delivered to your door - joe@joessourdough.com. He's a star!

We go to Desert Hot Springs for the mineral water. The place we stayed last was great, but there's nothing to write home about in the town. In fact it feels a bit unsafe to go out at night. It's a short drive to Palm Springs however, so it's not a big problem.

It is central to either the East valley or Palm springs area it's clean relatively safe with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. A great choice to stay for either business or pleasure families or traveling alone

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC...

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC working with 115 temp outside it took 3 phone calls and 2 conversations with manager to get moved to another room after we had moved all our belongings had we had to move them back to the car and to our new room in 115 heat. No one checked to see if we were ok in the new room bad hospitality really bad. Bad sewer smell coming from shower I also woke up next morning at 5:30am to find big long worms in the bathroom areas so disgusting. Adobe restaurant had bad service my husband got meal he didn’t order after waiting 1 1/2 hours he just took it. No management at restaurant he was on vacation. Morgan’s good, too overpriced for portions very small don’t go hungry to that restaurant you will leave hungry and broke.

Drug Addicts trading Bicycles in the back of the hotel when we first arrived. Watched the whole thing go down from the tinted windows of my car. Even worse FILTHY floors!!! I mean FILTHY! I took a shower walked out to my bed for about 5 seconds and my feet WERE STAINED BLACK! I Had to wear my socks the whole time or have a towel under my feet.(picture shown).Drawers were worn out and dirty and so was the refrigerator! There was also fruit flies hanging out with us the entire time... not a lot but enough to make it feel even less clean. So the SAFETY level at this place didn't feel that great at all!. I honestly can say I heard loud conversations at all hours of the day and especially from the hours of 1am-5am outside my room Not COOL for a Thursday night... Also The most fascinating thing I've ever seen when it comes to a smoke alarms..... They had it all caged off and screwed down to the roof of the room. Dam people must be trading bicycles and staying there at the same time huh?!

We didn't venture from the house except to the grocery store and Wendy's, both of which were close by. Our standard - on-the-way-home breakfast spot is The Broken Yolk Cafe and it was about 5 minutes away. The house is in a nice neighborhood - very quiet and well maintained.
