Port Angeles and Sequim are both delightful little towns, very different but both very friendly. And very near the beautiful Olympic National Park. We commuted to practice medicine there for 5 years, and it would be a wonderful place to live, but certainly is a delight to visit. Many upscale restaurants in both towns. And you are not far from Port Townsend, and Victoria BC Canada.Guest review byLouise BUnited States - 10.0
I have always enjoyed Sequim. There's so much to do and see.
I have always enjoyed Sequim. There's so much to do and see. Hurricane Ridge is a must to go see. The wild flowers are in mass during July. The Wildlife Refuge is another must see part of Sequim and of course in July the Lavender Festival is awesome.Guest review byConnieUnited States - 10.0

I have visited Port Townsend several times and have always enjoyed my visits. I had a chance encounter with the Wooden Boat Festival about ten years ago and have been wanting to come back for a more intensive visit. There are so many beautifully restored boats, from small one person craft to eighty+ foot yachts, it is breathtaking. My longest career was in the automotive industry and I've always enjoyed car shows. This was like a Concours d'Elegance for boats. Many of the owners are justifiably proud of their boats and welcome friendly conversation. There are also many included sessions about boat design, building, maintenance issues, and sailing. The downtown area is very charming with some beautiful architecture, galleries, and many good places to eat. Whether for the festival or not, Port Townsend should be on your list during a visit to the area.Guest review byLARRYUnited States - 8.0

It was raining during my stay, so I didn't get to see everything, but the atmosphere of the grocery store gave me the impression that it was a nice town that didn't feel run-down. I would like to stay there again.Guest review bykoshoUnited States - 4.0

Beautiful scenery, but the lack of a decent bedroom downstairs and no downstairs bath made it difficult to maneuver with a bad knee and could not use the hot tub, also downstairs or get downstairs to the water.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 2.0

The lot was located on Lake Quinault, which was a beautiful view. The county had maintained the walking trails to the main rainforest, etc., which provided a wonderful opportunity. As to the cleanliness of the room, it was filthy. The staff was very friendly and stressed.Guest review byMichelleUnited States - 8.0

We loved the Oceancrest hotel and the dinners there, our walk on the beach, and recommend to also check out small artist galleries and coastal towns in the surroundings. An absolute gem is the nearby Lake Quinault and its stunning rain forest: check out the Rain Forest Nature Trail with its interesting information boards about the "eco-web" of this rainforest.Guest review byTatjanaUnited States - 10.0
Copalis Beach was beautiful!
Copalis Beach was beautiful! It was nice and clean and there were very few people on it. We pretty much had it to ourselves. The waves were great and my grand daughters loved playing in them. The water was a little chilly but not bad and the girls didn't seem to mind at all. If mother nature would have cooperated and let the sun come out, it would have been perfect!Guest review byPatriciaUnited States - 10.0

A truly lovely experience; comfortable beds, quiet rooms, luxurious spa tub, and a room I was happy to spend time in. Staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I look forward to returning for an extended stay.Guest review byBarron - 4.0

Port Angeles is a good mid-point between Port Townsend and Neah Bay Indian Reservation. Waterfront area is the main attraction in P.A. with several restaurants to choose from. Waterfront has some good restaurants and main ferry to Canada. Be careful of the 2-way, one-way streets that are not marked so on side roads.Guest review byPrangerUnited States
