The second front desk person was great, we arrived an hour before checkin, was told our room wasn’t ready. I waited 45 mins after checkin began before going back to front desk, room was still not ready, we were graciously upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!

Lovely modern hotel with a great vibe! Loved the lobby and room setup with a large window displaying a beautiful view of mountains in the distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Freddie who checked us in and was always happy and cheerful on approach. Good location in Henderson close to restaurants and freeway with easy free parking on site. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Awesome Front Desk Team, when arrived I was treated very nice and friendly. I've stayed at this location several times, every since Covid-19, probably 5 - 6 times since, and every time has been an extreme pleasure. From easy access from the parking lot, use of laundry this last time, Breakfast is Excellent, and the House Keeping Staff **FIVE STARS***.

We were greeted very kindly and kindly at the hotel entrance. The parking lot is huge and free. Even though we arrived at 3 am, the guys at the reception helped us check in as quickly as possible and were very polite. We liked the hotel, it is in a very easy and convenient location. There is a little noise from the opposite, knocking and pushing, but it is not a big deal. Especially if you are more drunk or tired, it does not make such an impression. After all, you are not on a spa weekend, you are in Vegas... The main street and the strip are all within walking distance. We are very happy!

Breakfast at Denny’s was nearby and it was a peaceful location of this resort with shuttle services operating (which we didn’t use). The rooms were good even though some seats had stains but overall the quality, size and the value for money was worth it. It has the lazy river, spa, fitness centre and activities area which is excellent if you’re looking to spend an entire day or two here just at the resort.

Amazing hotel in the centre of mid town Reno. The location is actually three hotels together and the walkways, bars, restaurants and casinos are seamless entry between all three. We parked in the complimentary car park and have to admit it is very difficult to actually leave the resort. All the facilities are there including circus circus activities for the kids. Will visit again.

I am not a gambler, so did not go for that. Driving in the city is like being in a maze. The disparity of wealth is so obvious here. Lots of people living on the streets, drug & alcohol abuse mixed in with shiny hotels & lavish lifestyles. Sad.

Downtown Reno is dead. Use to be the hot spot in Reno. Had trouble finding places to eat. Plenty of fast food but very few stand a lone cafes. Very few antique stores. Mall is way out on South Virginia Street. Traffic is very congested.

This is not the Laughlin of prior visits. I haven't been there since COVID hit and apparently it did a number on this town. A couple of the hotels have shut down. There was no one playing on the river. It used to be packed with revelers, boaters, jet skis, etc. Very few people around except on Saturday when there was a car show at the Tropicana.

Clean comfortable beds and rooms. Very sparce furnishings but functional. Food is good for a cafe and good portions for the price. Dont loke how they jack the price for weekend stays. Driving on Interstate yoy see billboards advertising $39 rooms and on weekends price goes up over $100.

Fix the bathroom issues ,.lighting the fireplace would have been nice..i.n the jobby.and visiting with others .we didn't see disinfectant Wipes in the jym. Went to cooks for dinner,was average,ad. Smiths food .for snacks.couldent do much more visiting sick uncle.

We came for the Star Train and were not disappointed by the trip. Definitely check out the Nevada Northern Railway when in Ely. They offer a number of different train rides, and the self-guided walking tour is also worthwhile. The Star Train is especially lovely, taking passengers out to the desert at night to a star viewing area, with telescopes and accompanied by professional astronomers. Beautiful.

I like being able to tune into the NHL playoff game between the Oilers and Golden Knights at the local bar. That was a big game and that meant a lot to me. I also enjoyed eating pizza during the game.

This is a ghost town, there no people. the restaurants are empty and not very good. We only found a Thai restaurant The Basil it was very good and Vino's Pizza also very good. There is a nice hiking trail but that't about it. We had a great time because we went with friends but it is very sad to see Cities like this one.

Stateline is undergoing a huge transformation.

Stateline is undergoing a huge transformation. Harveys is being re-branded with a ton of construction. Inside was seriously a shell of itself. Golden Nugget is also under construction and remodel. The whole area just felt run down. Not the Stateline we remembered from years past. I am sure it will improve once construction ends, but at this time it is a work in progress.
