The hotel is in a pretty quiet location, very nice looking and clean. The rooms are big, modern. Unfortunately the pool was close what was not mentiones in booking.com. In the hotel there is a big and perfectly equiped huge fitness center, open during the week from 5 AM on, and 7 AM on weekends. They offer also spinning and planty of other classes. It is a public gym with free access for hotel guests, which is a big positive aspect. We had breakfast for 14 EUR per person, OK, but not special.

There were several snafus with our reservation, the first being that they could not find the reservation, the second being that I was charged twice and then a third time when they tried to refund the second charge. Throughout all of this the staff was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. They never made us feel like we would t resolve the issue or annoyed that there was a problem. They were so friendly and never seemed flustered even though I’m sure it was a frustrating situation. Well done!! And this is from the staff there cleaning all the way up to management, we were all very impressed with everyone’s kindness.
