We loved Ha'le Kiana! We regret not booking more days there. The location was perfect for trekking up Haleakala for sunrise and exploring upcountry. The views of Maui and the stars at night from the decks were AMAZING!

God's Peace of Maui is located just 5 minutes' drive from the historic town of Makawao and 15 minute drive to Pa'ia town and beaches. It consists of private rooms and shared facilities.

Lumeria Maui is an educational retreat center located in beautiful Upcountry Maui.

The staff member John was very helpful. He introduced the property and some nice restaurants in Paia to us. When I needed some ice to treat my injury because I accidentally hit the trunk lid, he helped us right away. We really appreciate his kind assistance. The breakfast was also pretty good!

When we arrived at the vacation rental we found a big tray with coffee, snack bars, teas, milk, different kind of oatmeal and other goodies. Really nice as we had not done any shopping for breakfast and that gave us a good start the next morning. The apartment has a great size for two people and also an extra bedroom, so we could have been more guests. We used the kitchen only for preparing breakfasts but we realized that there was also a supply of spices, oil and other kitchen helpers - really great The apartment is situated in the lush nature, you can watch birds on the terrace and enjoy the environment. We loved the supply of enough towles for bathroom and beach as well and that you have the feeling that the hosts Vicky and Tom really take great care about their guests - Mahalo!

The hotel is brand new/ It had only been open for two weeks at the time of our stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we could smell that everything was new... It honestly felt like we might have been the very first guests to stay there. he room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. We booked it last minute around 11 PM after leaving another place where we didn’t feel comfortable. Despite the short notice and late arrival, the reception staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location is also excellent very close to the airport and just a short drive from some beautiful beaches.

We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The pool and bar area were stunning and had such a relaxing vibe. Our ocean view room was clean, large and had a beautiful view of the mountain. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We only wished we had stayed longer.

Fantastic location, and access to the beach, everything else was great. The room view was also amazing, especially at sunset, but we booked one of two oceanfront suites; the view from the other rooms may not be equally good. I would especially mention the very lovely plants and garden around the hotel, which are very well looked after. The hotel is a very short drive away from several other great beaches in Wailea. The staff was very helpful. I am sorry I cannot name any of them specifically but a big thanks to them all. After this, we stayed 4 days at one of the big hotels up the coast for a conference, and our Wyndham Maui Oceanfront experience beat that by a long mile in everything except room details (but this was to be expected given the price difference!). Wyndham Maui Oceanfront could well be one of the best places to stay in Maui. We would re-book it without hesitation if we were to come back to Maui.
