A very nice hotel in colonial style. We had a very nice room with an ocean view and high quality equipment. The heated swimming pool is opened till 10pm which was a huge plus. All was sparkling clean and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel on island. Thematic design dedicated Caribbean atmosphere and the respect to the Nobel Laureate of Literature were exciting! The hotel is located in 4,5 ml from historical district and marine, and from Hemingway’s house. In room are all needed things. The bath-cosmetic is the high quality. On the night is quiet enough. The personnel is correct and gentle. Some days in Eden’s place are unforgettable.

The place is amazing. Great staff. Specially Milly who was very nice. I was really happy that she is Brazilian because my parents don't speak English and they felt very welcome to have someone who speaks their language. They have some difficulties going up stars so she helped us to move to the first floor. There are so many Brazilians who always come to visit Florida, so it was very thoughtful of the hotel to think of that! I loved the complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and ice available at any time. Another great idea! The bed was also super comfortable.

Location, really nice staff they show you everything while you checking in, they give you welcome drink also, room is very nice all furniture is stylish, everything is clean, beautiful garden, beautiful Christmas decoration. If you expecting modern hotel you should stay on some hotels far away from center. This is old building but nicely renovated and clean, of course you can expect lot of noises because building is old and without any noise isolation. If you don't want to use their parking you can use some in town

The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. We are sure that the view from the hotel is beautiful when the sun sets, but we still went a few steps to the pier.

I don’t know who is writing the good reviews.

I don’t know who is writing the good reviews. Tried checking in and no one there at the front desk. No one would answer the phone. 20 minutes later someone finally showed up. A little worried that we would have to find another place, but it probably would have been better. The hotel needs major updating. In the shower there is a just a busted up hole in the wall where the shower head comes out. The mirror is so old there are black spots all over it. I should’ve took pictures.

It is a tourist town that offers a few attractions and an endless supply of bars and restaurants. Key West hosts cruise ships right in the center of town so it can get out of hand; most cruisers seem to gravitate back to the ship to eat their already paid meals so we did not have a crowding problem at restaurants. Check ahead for special events as our short stay fell between Fantasy Fest and off shore boat racing.

The resort offers a free shuttle into downtown that was really helpful if you dont rent a car. Pool was clean and staffed for the chicken walk restaurant. Property was clean and fairly maintained. The rooms were clean, bed was firm, pillows were flat. The small beach area was good for lounging in the sun. The negatives are the pricing in the restaurants and the drinks although they are similar to many of the restaurants in the area, the food however was prepared well and the staff was pleasant. Overall I would recommend this resort.
