We stayed here before our drive 6 hours north the next day after arriving on dallas forth worth airport. we had a great stay. positives: - outside pool 9am-10pm at 6th floor - including dinner and breakfast (breakfast in weekends starts at 7am) - free parking garage, reachable with same elevators as for the rooms - comfortable beds - clean rooms - relaxed atmosphere I had a great stay with my kids. we were all rested up before our long drive the next day. We'll stay here again at the end our holiday back to the airport.

Exceptional hotel - felt like a real home away from home Design of the hotel is stunning - attention to detail is outstanding - it is immediately clean and beds are so comfortable The staff are excellent- especially Jerry who was an absolute joy she was so welcoming and helpful recommending a fabulous Mexican restaurant close to the hotel - Thank you Jerry ! I really liked the hotel. The hotel spacious, itself is clean, cozy, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts are good, the food was covered with a glass canopy, for me it is a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel!

I love that this very historical hotel located right on Main st. in the Fort Worth stockyards It has so much character & charm, & is so warm & cozy too! It's very refreshing from the modern hotels we are used to stayingI at. I love the grand staircase in the lobby when you enter!, Its like out of an old western movie! The location is so perfect! Right across from a wonderful western style boutique called The Maverick; I love this store! it has both ladies & mens apparel, lots of fancy cowboy boots, interesting home goods, art & a huge bar! There is also a cattle drive on this street every day I believe; lots of fun bars a restaurants nearby, all within walking distance too! We were considering staying at the infamous newer Drover Hotel near by; We chose This hotel because it was about half the price, + I just really wanted to try this old landmark hotel, & we are so glad we did! It fit all of our needs; I like this location because you are right in the middle of everything! Our room was great! I loved the lace curtains & the window that looked out over Main st. I love the grand hallways & sitting area outside our room. I also enjoyed taking the stairs to our room & not an elevator. (we were on the second floor) I also LOVE the bar & restaurant connected to this hotel! You can sit in saddles at the bar and sip your favorite cold beverage! & they have the BEST chicken fried steak ever! Thanks to Booking.com for giving me reward points from our recent travels (that were about to expire). I used these points towards our stay at The Stockyard Hotel!

Ft. Worth is a great city with lots of very different and unique areas to explore. A great walkable downtown, lots of restaurants and stores. The Stockyards area is so much fun, there is a cattle drive each day (twice a day) where you will see real cattle with cowboys herding them down main street,and don't miss a visit to BIlly Bobs - ride the mechanical bull, see rodeo when one is in town, great bands play there, the place is huge and family friendly during the day, and a great place for adults to party at night. There are also great, and numerous, museums in Ft. Worth that shouldn't be missed, my favorite is the Cowgirl Hall of Fame, a real little jewel in this big city with a small town feel. People are friendly, it's just a fun town with so much to see, so much history of the west, fab restaurants and casual enough to be welcoming to everyone!

It could have been better if it weren't for the bad experience I had at the OYO Hotel Irving DFW Airport South. They didn't have any rooms available, and I had to find another place to stay at the end of the day. Now, they charge me as "no show". Just great.

I live in Plano so I really enjoy the city.

I live in Plano so I really enjoy the city. It’s distinctly compartmentalized. The west end has upscale restaurants and shopping while the east is older but has what locals know and consider as convenient to navigate everyday life without much commute.

We liked Richardson/Dallas for what we came for, but we did not like the traffic at all. We thought Kansas City was bad--this was insane! No easy way to maneuver around the city. Everything is either on one side of the freeway or the other, and the side streets off the freeway don't go both ways, just one way. Seems like we were always going around in circles. The stores and facilities we visited were nice, however. Another thing besides traffic are the lack of address markings/signage. When you're traveling in the dark such as early morning/late night and you're looking for an address, you play heck trying to find something. If you do find a sign, it's usually obscured by a tree! Texans like to drive like it's demolition derby, so beware. If they want over, they just pull in front of you, day or night! You may see the same building and when you're trying to find something, you say, "Oh, there's that building with the flags. We've seen it from all sides now!" Beware: The first time we've heard our GPS say U-turn here, not just once, but many times!

It doesn't matter about writing a review. All she do is turn around. And say oh, we're sorry and you don't do a d*** thing. When you've inconvenienced me in a huge way. That hotel was the dirtiest hotel. I've ever walked into. It was not vacuumed for days. The bath tub was filthy. The bed had c*** all in the sheets. It was disgusting. I'm in a contact the health department. Since you're not doing anything to replace the pain and suffering. I did sleeping in my car and being inconvenienced without any care from this place.

Frisco is full of great places to visit from museums to concert venues to the downtown shopping and dining establishments. There really is something for every taste and budget. If you are looking for true local flavor instead of national chain restaurants, don't miss Babe's Chicken and Pizzeria Testa, both in Frisco Square.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Addison.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Addison. From the time we arrived everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great too. For the price I was not expecting a hot breakfast every day. Waffle, Sausage, Eggs and Potatoes and of course your traditional continental things I couldn't believe it. For this price it really doesn't get any better than this. I was in town to visit my loved one in the ICU for a week and my stay here made a trip that wasn't so great better. Thank you!

Nice hotel with good amenities....clean, quiet, good...

Nice hotel with good amenities....clean, quiet, good breakfast with variety, workout room/pool/jacuzzi were all nice, clean, and in good shape. TV options were limited, basic - like did not get ESPN and controls were hard to operate. This is a minor item, but in an otherwise great 4 day stay here.
