wonderful, exceeded all our prior expectations. the house is very beautiful, the equipment is very good, the view from the terrace is amazing. the neighborhood is very good and safe. with many shopping and dining options. the communication was also fine with the contact ideal for twin peaks fans and a must. The "Double R Diner" is a 5 minute walk. I would be happy if we had the opportunity to spend a few days here again at some point.

Our stay at Moon River Suite in North Bend was everything we could have asked for! The place felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. Communication with the host was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. One of my favorite details was the fresh bouquet of flowers waiting for us in the kitchen. It gave such a warm, welcoming feel. The rooms were spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. Of course, the coffee setup was a big win for me too! Thank you! We also loved the little details: a vinyl record player, the gaming setup, cosy blankets and plenty of pillows. Everything was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. And the hot tub was Absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed a relaxing soak while taking in the serene surroundings. The location was also ideal for exploring North Bend and Snoqualmie, with everything just a short drive away. This place really felt like a hidden gem, I could say Home away from home and we’ll definitely be back with our friends during warmer months. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and thoughtful touches during your stay.

From the moment you enter the apartment you are greeted by a wooden bear and see the bed with its beautiful wooden frame, it really is a cosy cabin welcome. There is plenty of space, although every cupboard and drawer is stacked with more necessities than we have at home. Every kind of utensil in the kitchen, including tin foil and cling film. If you were thinking about cooking at the cabin, there is plenty of help including cooking oil, seasonings, sauces in the fridge.. and even if you weren’t planning on cooking there’s a guide of restaurants nearby, plus teas, coffees, Swiss Miss and hot apple cider sachets for you to relax and feel cosy. On request I could even do my laundry in the garage below, thank you for that! The location is incredibly quiet but perfect for Mount Rainier. The host is a great author of guide books to the area, and also very hot on gadgetry. The heating and key panels are top of the range high tech systems. It is the most thought out well stocked holiday home we have stayed in, and I wish we stayed longer.

Perfect location for visiting Mt Rainier Gondola, Sunrise and Tipsoo Lake. Stayed in the Village Inn building. Room was no frills but comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, but rather high for a short person to get onto. Breakfast was self serve continental, with a reasonable choice of items. Limited choice for eating in the evening, but this was pre-winter season so very quiet.

Staff was absolutely incredible!

Staff was absolutely incredible! I did see a bunch of mattresses in the lobby so I assume they are starting to switch them out. Worst beds I’ve ever had in a hotel. The mattress was folded like an nyc slice of pizza kept falling into the middle wedge. For what it was I thought it was clean (thanks to the great staff). Definitely not worth over $100 to stay. For how expensive it was definitely needs some of the profit to go into updating.

It is a nice little small town.

It is a nice little small town. Downtown has some nice shops, one of which hosted "Witches night out" of which I was a vendor at. Roaring Underground is set up as a vintage shop in front and a speakeasy bar in the back. Next door is metaphysical store that has a lot of really beautiful things. Getting around town is fairly easy. Our favorite place in town, is Charlie's Café! The food is wonderful and the staff are great!

North Bend is a small town that is growing.

North Bend is a small town that is growing. Quite a few small restaurants. McDonald's, burger king, teriyaki, Italian, Mexican etc. There is also a frozen yogurt shop which had delicious options. Beautiful views of Mt Si. An outlet center is there also. Quite a few of the stores in the outlet mall have sadly gone out of business. No doubt casualties of covid lockdowns. It's a nice place to visit.

If access to Stevens Pass is your goal, You can’t find accommodations closer! 15 minutes to the parking lot. The Cascadia Hotel in Skykomish is a great alternative with hostel type accommodations as well as some regular hotel rooms. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful for breakfast and lunch!

Such a beautiful area!

Such a beautiful area! We lucked out and had great weather for our stay. We made use of the Palouse to Cascades Trail, which had incredible views, and if you start from the Hyak Trailhead, you can pass through the 2.3 mile long Snoqualmie Tunnel, a very cool experience! We saw amazing mountain views and took a trip to Snoqualmie Falls. We had a great time here!

Mama Tacos, on Main Street had authentic Mexican food and drinks. Most everything else was closed on the July 4 holiday, but as it turns out this was an excellent choice. I would go back, just to eat here.

Snoqualmie Pass is fantastic.

Snoqualmie Pass is fantastic. I went when it was covered in snow and ice (in early May 2022) and I loved the whole place. Its close to SEA airport. The drive to Snoqualmie Pass is safe and scenic. This is a must visit place. There are many water falls, rivers, lakes and mountains near by. I will go there again for sure!

Enumclaw as about a 40 minute drive away from Crystal Mountain. The small town locals were friendly and accomodating. Downtown they had saved the original buildings and were using them for the local business scene. There were many choices of local (non-chain) small restaurants, for Covid compliant take-out meals, outdoor dining (with gas heaters) and when allowed, in-door dining options too.
