I was greeted by friendly staff who was later happy to assist with providing additional bedding. The room we were given was a king suite and I liked the layout. The beds were very comfortable. You could tell things have been recently renovated and I felt it was tasteful. While the shower was narrow, I appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The water pressure and temperature was fantastic. My room was very clean and I greatly appreciated the extra pillows. I wanted to remark specifically on the breakfast provided. They have a woman preparing the breakfast daily and she made omelettes this morning that were delicious. She said that she makes something different everyday, she even cuts the salad fresh. This was so much better than the standard waffle maker most hotels provide you. The pool looked clean, even if it was a little overchlorinated smelling. We did not go in it however. The workout facilities look nice as well. Overall the hotel looked very clean and modern. The staff were super friendly. This stay was wonderful and relaxing.

The staff was excellent! Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Awesome hospitality goes a long way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is amazing, coffee 24/7 is something I didn't know I was missing until we stayed here. Overall wonderful experience.

    We stayed on the main floor. I loved that they asked us what we preferred. Lugging suitcases to the second floor is not fun. So we got a first floor room which was perfect. The room itself was small but nice and clean and I was everything we need. We're on a road trip so our stays are basically just for sleeping and the Red Roof Inn is perfect for travelers. Highly recommended!

    Breakfast was decent.

    Breakfast was decent. Towels and sheets were dirty, old and stained with blood which was very much a turn off for me. The front desk should have shown more concern. Instead I got a shoulder shrug and was simply told that's a housekeeping issue. For these reasons, I would not stay there again or recommend staying there.

    It was an okay area.

    It was an okay area. I didn't have much of a chance to explore what it offered. If we had more time, we would have gone into Chicago. We went to Taco Bell and were shocked when our bill was over $30 for 6 tacos and a drink. Nice place tp stay if just passing through.

    The location of this hotel is the best thing about it!

    The location of this hotel is the best thing about it! Everything else needs improvement. It is in dire need of an upgrade in all aspects. If you're passing through for a night or 2 ok. Any longer stay is not recommended. There is a target, Walmart, and dollar tree a block away so you can get cleaning supplies to clean the room.

    Don’t go here.

    Don’t go here. Well I get off work late and I guess they will be doing a shift change and make me wait until they are done. Like I had a guy tell me he could not check me in because he clocked out and the next shift was running late. I was pissed it took them an hour and I had just got off of work. Employees are rude. Room stinks. Motel 6 will never get another dollar out of me good luck going here. It’s not work it.

    I paid 300.00 for a room w/double beds and both had blood in the sheets and I didn’t know tell I went to lay in the bed at 4:00 am after coming from a night out with friends and the over night front desk lady was kind and tried to fix the problem and morning front desk lady was sooo rude she made me get loud I almost lost it the woman tried to said it was my blood on the sheets when I’m fact the housekeepers didn’t change the sheets from the previous guess and that’s nasty as hell especially during a time like this!!! The worst costumer service ever hands down!!!

    The supposed high speed internet was just 5mbps witch is false advertising for high speed. There was a large white stain on the carpet that was easily cleaned up with a damp cloth witch confirmed to me that the room was not properly cleaned.

    Sad to say but poor review.

    Sad to say but poor review. No house keeping for the 5 days of my stay. I was not informed of this at checkin nor was it in any of their advertising. I found it out after checking with the desk which told me that were full for request for that day. Sink drain broken for 2 days. Pool like green soup could not see the bottom. Was really looking forward to using it for some exercise. One of the main reasons I chose this Hampton. Definitely not up to my past Hampton experiences

    The location was great. But thought it would be much nicer.

    The location was great. But thought it would be much nicer. Halls were hit & dark. Room was sma.no shower preasure. Only left us 2 towels for 3 guests.No luggage carts.Left us 2 little rolls of t.p. and most of all no pool as advertised!!! Price of room was outrageous for what we got.

    I chose the hotel according to the ratings on booking.com the ratings does not match the experience at all the hotel rooms were nasty out of date paint chipping and falling off the walls iron so nasty you could not use it to iron our clothes the handle on the tub shower was about to fall off the floors were nasty and had food left from the last visitor it was not clean the rating should have been less than 2.5
