The surrounding is wonderful and the staff coordinated the stay very well. All communications are fast and friendly. The unit is well furnished and the interior is bright and welcoming. The external facilities are great to use when lazing in the afternoon sun or gathering for dinner.

Fully equipped, everything we could possibly need was provided. Wonderfully peaceful and with incredible views of the desert and the night sky. Also, very detailed instructions about how to get there and what to expect.

Had an amazing stay at Stardust Big Bend! The communication leading up to the stay was detailed and perfect. The location was wonderful and the A frames were amazing! The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spotless, the living room and kitchen area was well equipped, and we loved sitting on the patio under the starry skies. The staff was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Will definitely return someday to Terlingua and Stardust!

The location is unbeatable: 15 minutes to the park entrance and 5 minutes to Terlingua Ghost Town, with unrestricted views of the Chisos Mountains. The cabin was spotless and luxurious – full kitchen (microwave, all essentials stocked), comfy king bed, AC, and that firepit for starry nights was pure magic. We saw the Milky Way like never before.

While I was disappointed in the room and proximity to Big...
While I was disappointed in the room and proximity to Big Bend, I very much liked the cafe—good, home cooked food and friendly staff. I met the office staff the day after we checked in and they were very nice as well.
Never having been to this area, resort was misleading to me, rustic cabin might be better. Given this is a dark sky area, there needs to be some signage or a couple of lights to direct us to the cabins in the pitch black at 6:30 PM in the winter months after the office closes at 5.

We stayed here to explore Big Bend because the Park was full. While it was over an hour drive to the park, there was little traffic and the scenery was pleasant. It has a restaurant and a pool, both of which is a plus
