In realistically and literally I soaked in the nature during the whole stay. The boat to Mabamba swamp started from the private shore in the garden. The guides and tours arranged by the hotel were very good in the both of swamp and , hill climbing and village walk. There were no restaurants near there so decided to eat dinner all days, the menu and presentation as well as the taste were very nice. People are all comfortable and helpful, but a pair of hornbills are often coming to fight with them in the windows, even in the early morning, but this is also a part of the nature.

He used plastic bottles which laid around in the villages to recycle them and build the small tiny cottages which is all you need. It‘s more like a homestay with a very helpful friend who looks also for your dinner and breakfast. Beside of that David helps you with all the questions for your travellings in Uganda (where are the taxis, how to organize your transport somewhere else and he has s lot off knowledge of all the nationalparks). The location is stunning! You need to get a boat to it but the hotel arranges this and it is very quick. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly - they really couldn’t do enough to make my stay better. I would also recommend the sunset boat cruise! I would stay a few days here in future, rather than a single night.
