Well maintained facilities, clean rooms and very friendly staffs. Guest Relations Manager Furqan was very friendly and nice to us. When we arrived lunch buffet was over but seeing we were hungry and with kids, he arranged for Pizza lunch for us on the house. Fully enjoyed the great atmosphere at the Skyfall cafe with the other guests watching Argentina lift the World Cup. Staffs at the restaurants were also nice and attentive. definitely will recommend this resort to anyone looking for a good place and nice location at Uludag. unfortunately for us it wasn’t snowing but the hospitality, rooms and facilities made up for our snow disappointment.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

The hotel and its services were excellent, with the staff being exceptionally helpful and friendly. For new learners, the location is highly convenient, as the school is very close to the hotel. We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

We liked the location of the hotel and the quick response of the owner of the apartments: Musa left a parking space near the hotel, helped with check-in. Everything went quickly and positively. The apartment is clean, nice, with kitchen, Turkish hamam, large roof deck. There's a beautiful place for breakfast. Plus, we happened to be on republic day and watched the parade during breakfast. Musa allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge and we were able to enjoy the festivities and then pack up for the road in peace. It was a very pleasant experience. Next time we would like to stay here. Thank you Musa for your hospitality!
