Friendly and attentive staff, elegant room, very nice location in the old town, and an excellent and interesting breakfast. A quiet location even though the bazaar and numerous restaurants are only a short walk away. A minibus on the coast road gave easy access to Ladies Beach.

Everything! The location is perfect, literally steps away from the boardwalk. The rooftop lounge had the best view of the harbour and city we could find. The rooftop bar also had good food and drinks at affordable prices. We were able to leave the car, which the staff ensures is parked and ready to go in the morning, when you need it. The beds and sofa were comfortable and we slept very well. During the day, you could hear the busy streets below, but at night it was very quiet. The call to prayer can be a little loud as the mosque is not far away and aligned with the room we had. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious and renovated. The staff went above and beyond at the reception, helping us with a bus who was blocking our car one morning. Breakfast was excellent with a perfect view, inside or outside. Overall great experience and likely worth a lot more than the price we paid.

"I do not think I liked a location more than this one with very nice sea / marina view. What you pay is what you get. Everything was perfect up to the smallest detail: location, managers, staff, room, etc.. Olga the hotel the gust relationship manager made my stay a wonderful experience. Wow- this place blew us out of the water. We had the most wonderful stay, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The staff were so nice, helpful, and went out of their way for us to have the best experience. They upgraded our rooms, helped decorate for my partner's birthday, and coordinated airport transfers. It was nice to have live entertainment right by our door and be able to have all amenities at our finger tips. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kusadasi and will definitely be staying here again.

It was the first time we visited this hotel, so i was a bit worried before our stay, but it became better than expected, so that we extended our stay there .There were a lot of German- and French-speaking visitors, but of course you could communicate in English and Turkish. The area of the hotel is very big and very beautiful with one and two-story houses with several rooms in each of them. It looks like a small village in the beautiful park.We had a room in a one-story house, big enough and with a big and comfortable bathroom with big shower cabin. The staff everywhere (reception, cleaning, restaurant, bars) all were very friendly and helpful.On the area one big and … three if I remember right small pools with an entertainment (gymnastics) around it. And for those like us the see was within few minutes walk on a private for the hotel beach. Very clean beach and amazing clean sea (just so that you know in the morning almost never waves, in the late afternoon and evening most usually waves in the sea) Hotel gives you beach towels, there are sunbeds and sun umbrellas for free. The food was delicious and in a good variety for different tastes, including barbecues.Different bars where you can find snacks, ice-cream and drinks (without and with alcohol).Staff as I said very friendly and always very polite.A small shopping place with one small market, one souvenirs and summer/beach-clothes shop and a little jewelry shop with a very pleasant couple(Nora and Cemal) who own the shop. You can book a Tui tour to Pamukkale and another tour from Anex to Efesus and Virgin Mary’s house.The last one is absolutely worth to take!We had a lovely guide Alena who told us a lot about a different historical events and legends during our ride and at the places itself. So it is a beautiful place to travel to and relax.

We stayed in December and had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning sea view. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves, far from the hustle and bustle, was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel's location right by the sea is perfect for peaceful morning walks along the shore, and there are also lovely walking trails in the surrounding area. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, with a special highlight on the delicious traditional Turkish dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team.

Great location, excellent beach, spacious room( even bigger than expected and we had two bathrooms, which i didn't understand from the description of the room), pretty good level of cleanliness. Restaurant good quality, food various and tasty . Even for very picky persons(like my daughter) you can find something. Huge pool, and when the weather was bad there's a pool half inside with warm water. And a lot of space to play eit kids.

Hotel Staff were absolutely so friendly could not do enough for us. Mehmet the reception manager was a true gentleman & was extremely helpful. Big shout out to Elein in reception always behind the desk with a Good Morning & our towels ready for the pool. Bar Staff also very good in bringing the drinks down to the tables for us.

The hotel is clean, large rooms, clean linens, acceptable food in relation to the price paid. Of course, there is room for better, but don't forget the price paid. The view from the room was beastly as well as from the pool and restaurant. The position of the hotel is very good. I would come back anytime.

It is mainly a port of entry for cruise ships and that creates chaos in the city and makes the visit to Ephesus as painful as possible. If you are not keen to see cruise ships but still interested in Ephesus find accomidation in the less turistic and newer part of the city.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty. More cigarette butts lying around on the beach than pebbles. Surrounding area also dirty. Very disappointed in Kusadasi. Went to a recommended restaurant and got ripped off with inflated prices and terrible food.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions. It is a pleasant town, within the limits of what human nature will allow, with good local restaurants, shops and services. It is easily accessible by Havas bus from Izmir airport (less easily accessible from Bodrum airport)
