Property was very clean, very good location as you can just walk to the restaurants and nearby sight seeing places. We were warmly greeted and the staff were so friendly and helpful and provided us tips of where to go eat/ visit etc.

I went for a quick gateway to Qlusive hotel, as it looked very nice on pictures and I love Kusadasi. Let me say I was so pleased!! You arrive and a groom welcomes you, helps you out, with a smile. Then checking in was quick, efficient, the staff is wonderful, very warm and helpful. All the reception team THANK YOU, special thanks to Ipek that assisted me specially during my stay but really all the team members are amazing! They cared with great attention. I could not hope for a better stay! The Spa is also incredible, I was there for a couple of hours having head to toe treatments, they are worth the trip for! The suite had a view on the sunset, magnificent. Very spacious and clean. The bedding is of very high quality. I loved the top floor restaurant, I could not try all but at least I know that the food is delicious, you have to try the pistachio almond desert (I am sorry I forgot the name of it) and Thank you to the F&B team, Hassan that selected a superb red wine!! Also for the watermelon and Tulum cheese! I will never forget this gesture! Well to all the kindness and generosity of this hotel, from the welcomes to the goodbyes, it was perfection! I rarely encounter such high standards. They have made a loyal guest!!

The place was amazing and close to the beach and some amazing restaurants along the beach with a few offering discounts to guests at Lulubay... The highlight is the owner, Mr. Sadat... he is an absolute gem of a man and trusts7hw his recommendations on food and things to do... we were directed to a local restaurant close to Pamukkale, and the wood fired slow cooked lamb was out of this world...

Friendly and attentive staff, elegant room, very nice location in the old town, and an excellent and interesting breakfast. A quiet location even though the bazaar and numerous restaurants are only a short walk away. A minibus on the coast road gave easy access to Ladies Beach.

Everything! The location is perfect, literally steps away from the boardwalk. The rooftop lounge had the best view of the harbour and city we could find. The rooftop bar also had good food and drinks at affordable prices. We were able to leave the car, which the staff ensures is parked and ready to go in the morning, when you need it. The beds and sofa were comfortable and we slept very well. During the day, you could hear the busy streets below, but at night it was very quiet. The call to prayer can be a little loud as the mosque is not far away and aligned with the room we had. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious and renovated. The staff went above and beyond at the reception, helping us with a bus who was blocking our car one morning. Breakfast was excellent with a perfect view, inside or outside. Overall great experience and likely worth a lot more than the price we paid.

Really friendly staff and clean hotel. Very pleasant and definitely a place that we would like to come back! Very quiet, not crowded like in the other resorts so you can relax and enjoy holiday here. "I do not think I liked a location more than this one with very nice sea / marina view. What you pay is what you get. Everything was perfect up to the smallest detail: location, managers, staff, room, etc.. Olga the hotel the gust relationship manager made my stay a wonderful experience. Wow- this place blew us out of the water. We had the most wonderful stay, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The staff were so nice, helpful, and went out of their way for us to have the best experience. They upgraded our rooms, helped decorate for my partner's birthday, and coordinated airport transfers. It was nice to have live entertainment right by our door and be able to have all amenities at our finger tips. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kusadasi and will definitely be staying here again.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty.

The beach and surrounds were very dirty. More cigarette butts lying around on the beach than pebbles. Surrounding area also dirty. Very disappointed in Kusadasi. Went to a recommended restaurant and got ripped off with inflated prices and terrible food.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions.

I have visited Kusadasi on about ten occasions. It is a pleasant town, within the limits of what human nature will allow, with good local restaurants, shops and services. It is easily accessible by Havas bus from Izmir airport (less easily accessible from Bodrum airport)
